Looks like the FIFA elections might be getting a bit spicier

David Ginola is set to unveil plans to challenge Sepp Blatter to be president of FIFA in a campaign backed by a bookmaker.

The former Tottenham and Newcastle winger, 47, will launch his campaign, supported by Irish bookmaker Paddy Power, in London on Friday to outline his plans.

I'm sure it'll probably come to nothing, but should he get in then we'll probably have our first 'FIFA President' Calendar in time for Christmas!

Always hoped he'd keep his word about becoming spurs manager one day, but he looks like he's been concentrating on the kind of roles that suit him going into the likes of FIFA, rather than coaching.
