It's pretty pathetic really. Bale was smashing them from all angles in his first two seasons. Seem to have pushed him to the back of the queue because he took the limelight off Ronaldo. James, Kaka and Bale, three huge superstars all stunted at Madrid because Ronaldo had to be the main man. I suppose it's not been so bad for them though.

Yeah, it really does feel that way. And I really hope Bale doesn't stay there, because I think we'd see 10 times the player we're seeing now if he's at a team where's he more of the focal point and just generally more valued. Such a waste of talent where he is right now, in a team that seems to revolve around one man.
