Thought I'd start a thread for the new la liga season that has just started tody.

Anyone watching Sevilla vs Getafe? Sevilla leftback Puerta just collapsed on the pitch. Not nice to see at all I think he swallowed his tongue. Luckily he seems ok but they have subbed him.

Sevilla are losing 1-0 but Getafe are down to 10 men.

I wanted to watch Real vs Atletico but due to some contractual disputes in Spain the game couldn't be shown. Real won anyway 2-1 with goals from Raul and Sneijder.

Sneijder scoring on his debut, just to think he could of been scoring on his debut for us against Manure later on today.

Barca drew 0-0 away to Racing, not a great start and Henry could only make the bench. They didn't show the game on sky, very annoying I hope they sort out this contract situation sometime soon.

Just watched the Valencia-Villarreal match and it finished 0-3 to Villarreal. David Villa was sent off for two yellows, first was for dissent and the second was for a blatant dive LOL.

Villarreal deserved to win and they went 1-0 from Jon Dahl Tommasson (remember him?) second goal was from a penalty from ex Man.U player Giuseppe Rossi. I missed the last goal but Cazorla got it.

Good game.

No one outside Spain can watch the games and even in Spain some have to pay to watch matches and one of the two companies involved is showing games illegally on purpose.

Because different teams sell their rights to different broadcasters thats why we still got to see the Sevilla and Valencia games.

It could go on for a number of weeks and there is nothing the clubs can do about it.

I get angry thinking about it.

Barca are supposed to be on tonight, will have to wait and see if they actually show it though.

Now they are saying Villarreal against R Madrid will be on SS2. Would prefer to watch Barca but that should be a very good game

Barca V Atletico

Half-time and Barcelona 2-0 up at the moment with both goals coming from Ronaldinho. The first from a great free-kick and the second from the spot.

Great entertainment so far with Ronnie and Messi running the show.
