My first post in YEARS!!

I manage a charity that supports Tottenham residents living in hardship and one of the activities we run is a free meal at The Antwerp Arms pub- a stones throw from the ground. Punjabi Spurs and Yorkshire Spurs were absolute heroes this week and offered to cook the food for our clients, and they even managed to get Ledley to come along to lend a hand.

They say to never meet your heroes, but in this case I am delighted I did. Ledley as a player always seemed quiet and unassuming, and whilst this remains true he has truly stepped into his role of Club Ambassador with aplomb! He did the usual Club Photo Opportunities of pretending to cook etc but then stuck around for an hour or so and waited on every single table, mucking in with volunteers to serve plates of food to people, posing for photos, signing autographs (I stepped out of professional mode to jump the queue of course). Genuinely a top bloke!

So Josh, Sean, Pete if you're on here thank you! And Ledley, thank you!!

Here's the article the club posted on it http://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/news/another-good-deed-from-supporters’-club-members-170418/

That is so nice to hear. Sounds like a good cause too. Could you do us a favour and post a bit more often about what you are up to? It's nice to hear good news.
