Lee Young Pyo

I've not seen a thread about him recently, and I think he deserves one. In my opinion he's been without doubt one of our best players this season, if not our best, and has been since he's played for us. He rarely puts a foot wrong in every game he plays, which I would say makes him our most consistent player by a long way (after Ledley when he's fit). Possibly the most under-rated player at the club.

As it goes, he had one of his poorer games last night but he has been consistent, Man U mistake aside, since we got him. Definitely our most underrated player and hardly ever lets anyone past him, which is amazing because opposing managers still see him as our weak link and try and play everything down that side.

Having the ability to cross is a bonus mate. He is a DEFENDER and he has bundles and bundles of ability when it comes to DEFENDING.

A very competent left-back who never complains and just gets on with it, I think he also looked better with Bale in front of him, he seemed more assured and felt he had good cover. An interesting combination.
