We will be lucky to finish in the top 6 at this rate.

We are now very poor defensively, we concede in most matches.

We are also very poor as an attacking side, we rarely score more than one goal.

These things together mean we will win very few matches.

A hallmark of Spurs teams over the past two years is that we played with an incredible intensity and tempo, the Bournemouth, Utd, Palace, Arsenal, West Brom and Leicester games have all been very similar in the sense that we play with almost 0 intensity and let the opposition set the pace of the game, we don't press and are very easy to get behind and score against if the opposition tries to.

Part of the reason is that I think most or indeed all of our main players have had their heads turned. We let Kyle Walker go to City, he will walk the PL earning triple the money, our other players see this and (rightly) want that too.

Danny Rose was 100% right with everything we said at in the summer and the failure to heed his warning is coming home to roost. Walker, Rose, Dier and Alli are all friends, they will know what he is getting paid and they also know they won't get that at Spurs and because of that their heads have gone and their form has nose-dived. Eriksen too now looks disinterested.

I think Poch has lost control of this group of players, we will struggle in the league for the rest of the season and all of those listed, along with Eriksen and Toby will move on in the summer.

If we are lucky we will keep Poch, Kane, Jan and Hugo and have to rebuild again in the summer.

Being honest I am not sure I can really be bothered to watch another cycle that is set up to fail as we never invest when we are on the crest of a wave.

I really, really hope I'm wrong.
I think you're wrong on some things, especially the stuff about players having heads turned. The reason we don't press is that at Wembley that can exhaust you. Poch is having to adapt his tactics, the ones that have served the team so well. We are having a dip at the moment, and maybe that second half will serve us. The problem has been the poor first halves.

The whole team bar Sissoko has had it's head turned eh? Before Christmas?

We're doomed.

Oh dear, I hope things improve for you soon.
If you remember last season exactly the same period we were on a poor run, Kane was injured and we couldnt win at tiddly winks. Admittingly we didnt loose, maybe one game but we just kept drawing all the time. Bit low in confidence and massive injuries once again havent done us any favours. But Lamela is exactly what we need like a new signing has to start on the weekend. Also Poch needs to start playing a settled side to get some results together and stop playing Sissoko.

She’s getting fucked in the jungle.
When vardy scored he ran the whole length of both corners of the away end staring all the way.

Twats really knew how to get the opposition striker focussed

Cheers mate. Was hoping it was something a bit wittier than that!
Agree, doesn't help winding up their best player at 0-0.

Very disheartening result. We seem to be regressing of late and Mauricio appears not to have an idea how to stop the rot. Of course as fans we always want the team to win but against WBA and Leicester our defense has looked lethargic and our front line are missing too many chances. I wonder if a) the Danny Rose saga is affecting the players morale b)

I was heartened by our 2nd half fightback but the misses by Eriksson & Llorente:banghead: Two corking goals were all Leicester offered which proved to be all they needed. Shame possession didn't win matches we would actually be in with a shout of the league! This result is further deflating after WBA on Saturday does feel like starting to get the old mid-table Tottenham back.

As some of you have written mentality is everything and nothing Tottenham have had in the years I've supported them with only flashes of amazement like our CL campaign. The blind panic in big matches in the Prem shows how pathetic we are e.g. this year Maunre and le Scum the crappy stats against the big 6. It's always in our DNA that if we do take the lead always say how long is there left. Then if we do miraculously win against them you know there is a WBA or Leicester or so called mid-table teams waiting to plant egg on our faces. Watford are a worry but surely a turning point!?! False dawns anyone just add it to our record. Buying players for an extortionate amount and getting f all back better put that on the slate as well got to love it though, don't you? (y)
