The North London duo are the front runners to lift March's prestigious award for the Premier League and have been pivotal in an excellent run of form during March.
The Gunners have cemented their place back in the top four whilst Spurs have pulled clear of the relegation zone and upset Chelsea's title charge with a fine win over Guus Hiddink's boys.
Lennon's explosive form under Harry Redknapp - including a stunning Carling Cup final display against Manchester United - has caught the eye of Fabio Capello too.
The England boss has recalled the 21-year-old speedster to the national squad after a hiatus of 18 months and there are expectations he could become a permanent fixture for the national team.
"If you're looking for a right winger then there is no one better in the country," said former England international and Tottenham coach Tim Sherwood.
"He's got great pace, goes past people and he deserves to be in there. I have seen many left backs this season that have been booked within ten minutes of facing Aaron and they are left walking a tightrope for the rest of the game.
"They try to rough him up but he is not affected. That's a good thing about the boy - he can take a knock get up and destroy them again."
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp insists Lennon will only improve know he is receiving specialist coaching and believes there is a lot more to come.
He said: "He still has a lot to learn but he's a match winner. If he keeps listening and learning he'll become an even better player. He has pace and skill but I don't think he has ever been taught how to receive the ball. I think people have marked him and kept him out of the game. I spoke to him about making runs behind people. Even if the ball doesn't come, full backs will start to be aware that he might run behind them, so they drop off and he can get it to feet."
"He sometimes crosses the ball too quickly. I've worked with him on that - getting the balls into the space quicker. He's learning. If he's intelligent he'll take it in and put it in his game. It will improve his crossing - But he is adding things to his game and is getting better.
"He is a young player with a great future. He has been fantastic since I've been here so we are delighted to have secured him long-term."
Spurs fans will take great delight in beating Arsenal to yet another award and with voting still taking place then your vote could make the difference.
