What a player. There's 3 or 4 unbelievable challenges/tackles he makes in that video that if Rio or Terry made them they'd be going on about it for ages. The ground he made up on Robben to stop what was a certain goal......

Berbo is a truly wonderful player but ledley is our best player by some distance. I think he is the only player we have that would start at any club, anywhere. There is not a better centre back in world football.

I hope they give him as long as he needs and that when he comes back that he is fit and healthy, because just like Ginola, he is worth it!

IIRC, someone over at COYS posted that he is ok, but we are not going to take any risks on him, and targetting an early January return to 1st team action.

The man is a legend - no question. I got goosebumps watching that. Makes me even prouder to be Spurs if that's possible.

Another kid on the way and I'll be pushing for Ledley as a name (could be tricky as the wife's family are gooners....)

I hope he's properly ready when he gets back.

Mixed feeling when watching that. Delight that such a world class player is coming back in to the team in the new year. The stats show what an amazing impact he has on our success when he is playing, as he would on any team, anywhere. But combined with the frustration, of course, of just how much of his recent career has been ruined by his long list of injuries. The list on physioroom is painful reading.

I am assuming Ramos was left in a no doubt as to the value of the captain when he took over. I am sure he already knew how good Leds is.

Tha day when Leds & Bale are both playing fully fit is going to be like winning the lottery.
