Would be awesome to see them in the shit but it sounds too good to be true. I’ve never been convinced they were going to build the stadium though. Just too many hurdles to jump.

They want as far as buying a company that makes bricks. Think they were serious although roman was allegedly interested in getting other investors involved.

I know but I just wasn't convinced. The site access problems for a start would have worried me if I were them

Chelsea are in more of a mess than people think. That's all I can say publically on it unfortunately.

Given what's been going on at the club over the last 9 months and then more recently, that doesn't surprise me

Not willing to pay £15m-odd to get a new manager in is super-suspicious in my mind

I suppose it'll all come out in the wash

Alan Brazil this morning (I know! but...) was saying that he 'understands' that the richest guy in the UK, from Manchester(?) is looking to buy...

Interesting story today in the Standard that they are wanting to hijack Man City's Jorginho deal and include the release of Sarri in that financial package (which sounds like a prisoner negotiation).

They can't be in that much trouble if they're splashing almost £60m on a new central midfielder - can't see us doing that this summer...

Agreed unless they have a sudden influx of cash from a sale coming in. The reports of a deal for Jorginho seems to imply they will be paying a lot of cash up front which either means RA is back slush funding or they got some income bankrolled from somewhere.
