Why have they named the family and their children? In what way could that possibly be in the public interest? Will they feel safe walking the streets now? Outrageous in my opinion!

I think the design is unique but it also looks very depressing, too much brickwork makes it look more like a museum or prison.

On the plus side they've got 3 years at Wembley while this is done.....good luck with that.

Says it all when they re-hired Graham Rix who was a convicted paedophile back in his previous role...fucking disgusting club.

Rix, 60, also has a chequered past after admitting, in March 1999, two charges of unlawful sex with a 15-year-old girl and indecent assault and being sentenced to 12 months in prison – serving six of them – as well as being put on the sex offenders’ register for 10 years. He was reinstated by Chelsea immediately after his release from Wandsworth prison and was the first-team coach when Vialli’s team won the FA Cup in 2000.

WOW.....Even for this despicable club that's appalling.

Agree. Absolutely disgraceful. I'd be taking legal action if I were them as it clearly is going to cause them all kinds of grief, especially given some of the scumbags who support that awful club.

I'd say this is exactly the opposite of being in the public interest. When you consider that most Chelscum fans are knuckle-dragging thugs, it's pretty much the same as revealing the new name and whereabouts of someone who's been put in the program for testifying in court against organisations like the Mafia.

It's worrying to read that Rix had a coaching job at Glenn Hoddle's academy in Spain. I don't know how much say Hod had in hiring people to work there, but Rix's past should have been a major red flag. I can't help thinking that quite a few people in pro' football knew about Rix's noncing a long time before he went to court for it.

Obviously buying off objectors isn't any problem for Abramovich, but I am still surprised that it's just the one property owner that's holding out.

Be interesting to see (if it gets built) how much it costs. Seen with us and now Everton that the original quotes spiral, and for SB they're already saying a billion!

Yeah imagine that. How can a situation like that be able to happen. Good something like that didn't happen to us.
........ Oh wait.

At least because as it is a residential property a fire could not speed up proceedings.

And that comment is made with 100% sincerity and without making any allegations at all. It is a families home and with the kind of money that Abramovich has been throwing about in the name if a "game" they should hold out for as much as they can possibly get.

Just seen the dives from the game against Norwich. Morata can't have any complaints at all. Terrible.

Chelsea are looking at Crouchy now. Apparently they didn't have enough homegrown players to fill their squad this season so they're targeting English strikers who would be willing to come in as a back up to Morata. Once Two Meter Peter turns them down I can see them going for Troy Deeney, before moving onto a tranfer deadline day scramble for Berahino or Connor Wickham.

Their other option is to wait and see if Rodriguez gets charged with racial abuse after that incident against Brighton. If he does they'll probably snap him up pretty sharpish.
