I've seen the first half. Hazard's lack of application was a disgrace from the outset. I know he hates being played as a false 9 but does it matter that much? To sulk from the first minute?

In terms of the hype that surrounds him, he needs to be producing on the same level as Salah. Instead of downing tools every second fucking season.

In fairness to Hazard - Pedro was awful. Some of the passes Pedro made for Hazard were Sissokoesque in their weight and accuracy. I think that created some of the frustration, in addition to having to play the false-9.

Absolutely shocking from Chelsea today. There was a moment in the second half where every player walked around on the Chelsea team as if they gave City a nod we won't go at you if you don't go at us. Either way Chelsea never looked like scoring anyway. Morata and Giroud waiting to come on. Alonso being lazy. Pedro overhitting every counter attack. Conte is leaving a legacy behind deliberately. I bet Roman is fuming at his manager or players that they can't be arsed. Id laugh if they are out of the top 4 with Arsenal

Not saying it was fixed, but it looked like there was an unspoken agreement between the two teams. Chelsea were mentally begging to be spared being put to the sword and City were merciful.

The fit and proper person test came into football after he bought Chelsea so I'm not really sure what the point is here. Everyone knows he's dodgy, but he couldn't fail a test that didn't exist at that time.

Putin didn't create the oligarchs the western governments did in order to stop the country reverting to communism. Putin just brought them into line.

"Brought them into line" in this context means "brought them under his control".

He didn't return their riches to the Russian people, he didn't break up the criminal gangs. he didn't stop the stealing and corruption. He merely demanded his cut. He made himself the Capo dei Cappi.
