But but Boris is trying to make it hard for Russian Oligarchs so does this mean he gets a free pass to continue to spend ?

As far as I'm aware, with an Israeli passport he can enter the country but can't stay for any length of time and "do work" as it were. I'm no expert though.

As @tiger666 says, I'm pretty sure he can visit the country for up to 6 months each year but only as a tourist etc. If he wants to work while he's here he needs to apply for a different visa I think. I suppose it depends on whether attending board meetings at Chelsea etc. counts as working. I would think it does.

As an israeli citizen does he have to do national service? Will he get called up if they fight iran? Will he have to fight russian troops?

I'm guessing the answer is no but i would laugh.

After finding himself wthout a visa to Britain – Chelsea's boss took Israeli citizenship on Monday.
He is set to move to Tel Aviv after buying a property there.
One of the world's richest men – his visa is taking "longer than usual" to get renewed.
The British governemnt has declined to comment.

Actually I believe he does. Of course it will come down to him just doing some charity work with the IDF or something.

He'll go the same way as Ace Rothstein and end up juggling on television.
