God this is embarrassing.

Agree. Really this thread should say "let's all respect Leicester city" as they have done what we can only dream of.

Sure they may not stay at the top for a long time but who cares, they did it, they took on the big boys and won and they are still having success albeit not the same level. Fair play.

Yeah, we can complain about the way they played during the last few months and about their fans behaviour during the run-in, but they did what nobody at all thought possible. That's all that matters.

And Ranieri saying that our target this season was 40 points is ridiculous as well.

Quite the contrary.

It shows, that he is a realist, who knew already at the beginning of this season, that we could be in trouble.

I think, he was well aware of the fact, that LCFC winning the title, had a lot to do with fortunate circumstances, and not so much with the quality of our team, as many here would like to believe.

That is pretty damning by both the manager and that fan

Wouldn't it be ironic if Hull need a win on the final day of the season meaning Leicester were relegated :cautious:

Can just imagine Poch press conference beforehand. "I berry much like my good friend Marco Silva to stay in Premier League. It will be good for all Premier League if Hull stay in it"

Post conference, so can you tell us Mauricio why you decided to play without a striker?

"I felt Harry deserved another chance in goal."

Actually there's a big possibility of either Swansea or Leicester needing us to get something against Hull on the final day with the way things are going.

Damn, beaten to it! ;)

I was initially thinking they'd be safe as there's so many poor teams below them but then thought I'd check the table and they are only 2 points off 18th. Swansea and Hull seem to have improved after installing new managers so you never know if they keep their runs going Leicester might get pulled down into the relegation places. Especially when you add in their European commitments.

Not sure we'll see much change this weekend...

Hull v Liverpool
Man City v Swansea
Leicester v Man Utd
Palace v Sunderland

Although I wouldn't put it past Hull to get something against Liverpool and would be happy with Leicester getting a point too. A Palace win would see them leapfrog Leicester...Imagine if Swansea beat City.....Ha Ha Ha!!!!

Unlikely but they could win the champions' league and be relegated.

I thought they'd finish mid-low table (low teens) the way they were playing early on, but they've had a slump and really look in danger of slipping further back into the relegation places.

I still think they'll stay up but never thought they'd be this bad.

Blackburn being relegated 4 seasons after winning the title was shocking, this would take the cake.
