I doubt they'll sack Ranieri because of a feeling of loyalty and obligation but it's exactly what needs to happen to re-energise the team if they want to survive

Preferably not before we play them.

I should have had a bet on them going down, I think they will, they are awful, something dodgy happened last season with them as far as I am concerned, I said at the end of last season I bet they get relegated this year, it's looking possible right now.
I wonder what the odds would have been on them winning the premier league title and then getting relegated the following season. Surely it couldn't have been much more than the original title winning odds.

I think Jamie Carragher is probably right when he said the problem with Leicester is that they are a group of average players who think they are much better than they are.

Well a lot of them signed new contracts didn't they? Most of them are probably in chill mode.

Cardboard clappers, Jamie Vardy masks, that "third in a two horse race" banner...this club deserves to get relegated.

Would be hilarious if they won the Champions League at the same time though.

Had a horrible thought.

Leicester are found to have cheated, and the title awarded to the team who finished second.........

Fuck Newcastle.
Ah but wait a minute! if that is the case they would have to call all their games null and void and take away all the points awarded in those games.
Guess who is second then:)

I had run that scenario in my head, but deep down know the FA/Premier League would find a way to fuck us over.:cautious:

Feel for Ranieri. The fact of the matter is he has absolute twats as players who all have MASSIVE heads now after last season led by Vardy, Morgan and Huth who are all merely average and have come crashing back down from a purple patch then being aided by refs, media and opposition alike. Ranieri is the only likeable person from that club. Oh and Mahrez seems like a decent bloke also. Thats about it.

Leicester are an average team who think they are much, much, much better than they are and have rested on their laurels since the start of the season. Not to mention the fact their last 2 transfer windows have been putrid.

Maybe Ranieri should be sacked and someone is brought in that gives them a massive kick up the ass. Thats probably the only way to save them from the drop

And they would keep it secret until Richard "bastard" Scudamore could get to the Emirates and stand on their pitch wearing an Arsenal shirt to tell us with a big fat smile on his ugly smug fizzog.

But we'd know the truth.

As each game passes their season last year looks even more suspect, it's pretty clear to me that even if we dismiss doping from the situation that opponents and refs were giving them an easy ride of it once they knew Leicester had a real chance.

The "plucky underdogs" situation, the media was carrying it all the way to the bank and other teams were happy to help, you can almost guarantee though that if it's between us and Chelsea this season that teams aren't going to roll over for us.

Honestly, I wouldn't want them to anyway because it's a scummy way to win a title.

If you would have bet on that then the odds probably would have been huge just simply because of how unlikely it would be.

I love Ranieri, I feel sorry for him but I want Leicester to go down so badly. Even their fans thought they were better than what they were and tried to join the big boys based on winning one league, which I am slightly envious of.

They're ****s

They really are awful. How the fuck did last season happen?
I think we know the answer to that. The referees gave them everything and many teams were desperate for them to win. Their next game against Swansea is ironic. Last year the Swansea manager stated he wanted them to win the League before the game and the way Swansea played reflected this and was a disgrace. This year things are very different for both teams. Would love Leicester to go down.
