Typical footballers' shite. As soon as the man who gave them a once-in-lifetime experience that exceeded the hopes of even the most stupidly optimistic LC fan has gone, it suddenly was down to someone else.

"He takes all the credit...." he says of Ranieri, which is a million miles from the truth. In fact the whole thing reeks of Phillips' personal agenda.

Why would Phillips have a personal agenda out of interest?

Maybe he's got drugs to sell cheap? Maybe he wants a coaching job?

:shifty::cautious:

He left them for assistant manager job at Derby so got a promotion (unless he got shown the door same time as Stevth...?).

You could be onto something with the drugs thing though, maybe 'Shakey' started sprinkling it in their food again?

I really don't know, but I'm always sceptical about footballers (or anyone actually) who have worked briefly for a more successful manager and who then criticise them after they've gone. But it's more the language he uses. It just doesn't sound convincing.

But I could easily be wrong, and Shakespeare turns out to be a better manager than Ranieri.

Going by that, Ranieri was evidently ignored all last season while "Shakey" worked his magic.

Really? No, me neither.

I'm calling shenanigans

Ahmed Musa arrested hours after game against Sunderland on accusations of beating his wife.

Edit: Turns out he was released without charge and is now considering legal action (fuck knows who against though!)

They were screwed bigly by the broadcasters who put them on Sunday afternoon before a CL match. No idea why the PL doesn't intervene or the club doesn't protest more in those situations.

Leicester fans did a good job of embarrassing the country this week by living up to the little Englander stereotype. What a contrast between them and the Dortmund fans putting up stranded Monaco fans for the night.

It often seems to be the fans of shitty little clubs who go particularly mental whenever England go to a tournament, judging by many of the flags and so on, so I guess it follows that Leicester's fans would kick off in such a manner.

I was never one for believing in karma, but after seeing-
  • Leicester fans chanting "Leicester reject" at Harry Kane who went on to bag a hat-trick against them
  • And then Leicester fans chanting "You're just a shit Jamie Vardy at Kane who then got 4 against them
-it's kind of changing my opinion on it :p

Not sure if they started it last night, but our fans were singing it at the end...ironically of course.
