Good to see the Sousers have indoctrinated Borini inot the red fallacy that you get more points for hitting the woodork that for scoring :ROFLMAO:

After Saturday, maybe that's not so funny

Surely part of the complaint is to do with FSG putting on their website that Liverpool had signed Dempsey, when clearly they hadn't. According to Fulham, Liverpool inquired, were told an asking price which Liverpool didn't like. FSG then claimed Liverpool had signed Dempsey. It's a similar situation to Chelsea going public with their pathetic offer for Modric last summer after we'd told them no.

Anyway, come on Hearts! Borini staking a claim to be Liverpool's most profligate striker.

PRESS PASS, ESPN, Featuring Steve Nichol:

Steve Nichol: "Dempsey didn't go on strike...blah blah blah...Liverpool want to sign him, so he can do no wrong."

Shaka Hislop: "But Dempsey said he would only go to a team in the CL...Liverpool aren't in the CL."

Steve Nichol: "They could be...soon."
:ROFLMAO:

So Rodgers has a complaint against him for saying that they enquired about Dempsey? How on Earth has Harry got away with it all these years?

Because he was just answering questions that he had earlier given his journalist friends to ask him in front of the TV camera to get his interest out into the public domain journalists asked him in front of the TV camera (y)

Joe Allen looked really good today

Great for us to beat them to signing Sig, but having signed Allen and loaned Sahin (both players we were supposedly interested in) at the moment it seems like they have had the last laugh in the transfer market

In terms of direct competition for players anyway, it's on us to complete our business well now so that missing out on those two is irrelevant

I thought they looked much better today, really went for the game right to the death and generally looked very aggressive on the attack. On the strength of that performance I think they'd worry a lot of teams, but only if they can stop the mistakes, because at the back they have made at least 4 complete howlers in 2 games.

wish spurs players had the heart and passion of liverpool players today.. chalk and cheese.... they might lack a bale or a modric but they made up for in it spirit and determination.... real conviction and hunger about them today....

i dont rate a few of that team but ill tell u something for nothing the way the season has started spurs will be lucky to finish above them from what i have seen so far.

Some good comments on RAWK after the game:

Every player was flawless.

2 bad mistakes cost us the game. Gutted.

:D

And the inevitable:

WOW... our midfield looked absolutely WORLD CLASS and imagine Sahin there as well we can actually challenge for the title like Mancini said. We got PLENTY of decisions against us. YNWA

I am not laughing at any team this season.

"Mind the gap" is written all over this kind of stuff.

That is my opinion anyway (y)

Never a free kick for the Suarez goal so I don't know what that scouser in Boris' post is going on about bad decisions going against them, that was a huge one.
