Cant see them selling this summer tbh, they'll hold firm like they did with Coutinho, he'll get his move eventually if he pushes for it enough.

Yup, aided by the fact they got such a ridiculously over the top price for Coutinho. Although I expect someone will throw a World Record fee at them...

Oh come off it, he's ace and pulling trees up this year. If he was ours, we'd be crowing too. The likelihood is he's going to break all PL records this year. He's had a ridiculous season, unfortunately.
True but "legend" is usually a term used for the elite few. Often for players showing longevity at a club.

Salah has been superb but to call him a Liverpool legend is a bit premature.

It'll be Real I imagine, new manager is inevitable, they haven't spent much in the last few seasons, squad needs an overhaul, and trailing Barca by quite a bit in the league.

Doesn't matter what the dippers say. Salah is not one of their own and if he's given the opportunity to play for Barca or Real he'll most likely take it. Just as Couthino and Suarez did...and Bale and Modric.

I remember an interview with the Egyptian national manager talking about Salah's importance to promoting Egyptian football.

It came across like an Egyptian playing for Real Madrid or Barcelona would simply be huge for their country.

Doesn't sound like Salah would simply stay loyal to a club above ambitions to play for the best.

Or Mahrez wants to. He has 4 years left on his contract. Liverpool won't sell this summer imo.

Christ on a bike. One good season and apparently he's Lionel Messi. Come back when he's had 10 seasons scoring 40+ goals, then we'll talk, you gurning prick.

Yeah but that has also had implications on Mahrez as a footballer. He's only had short spells of his season 15/16 form since. My point is that if Liverpool would deny Salah his transfer they might end up with a sulking Salah.

If he has a good World Cup, he’s gone. Real absolutely love a World Cup inspired purchase.

Hopefully Real come sniffing, Liverpool say no and he then sulks in order to force a move and it’s long and drawn out.

Personaly I would be amazed if he left this summer, and I really don’t see him pushing through a move now. If he has another good season then that might change.

Naby Kaita just scored against Munich, I think Liverpool will have a good team next season, better then some would like to admit. I still think their defence will let them down a lot, and I really, really hope they don’t get Alisson. But they will bring in some other big names, although I’m not sure why they want Lemar.

As you say, Real will try to sign whoever the star of the tournament is, no matter if he "fits in" or not.

Let's hope it is Salah and they unsettle him, but I doubt it.

Like so often I think it is more a case of the quality of side that wants him.

If Madrid come knocking he'll likely want to make the move.

Barca interested in Allison now. Think he'll have a great tournament and it'll set off Barca and Madrid.

No chance he goes to Barca, Ter Stagen is excellent and he is too good to be a back up. Your spot on, RM will go for a keeper but I guess it depends if they get De Gea or Courtois. I can certainly see Liverpool paying what ever Roma ask (if they believe they really need him), I just hope he has more sense and decides to hold out for a big club.

Will they even want Courtois after this season? He hasn't been great.

Kane has a breakthrough season in which he scores 30+ goals even though he doesn't start for the first team until November:

"One season wonder. Flash in the pan. Will be playing for West Ham in a couple of years"

Follows it up with an even better season, in which he wins the golden boot:

"So over-rated, only scores tap-ins and penalties. People only think he's good because he's English".

Has an even better season. Wins the golden boot again. Top goalscorer in Europe in 2017. Scores against Real Madrid, Dortmund and Juventus:

"Cannot be considered world class until he has won trophies. Remember when he took shit corners for England?"

Salah becomes a prolific goalscorer for the first season in his career, having flopped in his previous attempt at English football:

"Best African player in Premier League history. Deserves to win POYT ahead of De Bruyne. The heir to Messi as best player in the world. In fact he's already overtaken him."
