He refused to shake hands with Israeli players. The level of shit he and his family back home could have gotten from extremists may have had something to do with it.

The irony. They must look on him proudly as he receives the medal from Kadyrov

Unfortunately i'm finding it difficult to laugh at Liverpool right at this moment - ambitious in the transfer market and really trying to build on their positive trajectory.

Unlike us, the club who used to define a good season as having a decent FA Cup run and hopefully finishing in the top half of the league.

But secured EL football for a few consecutive seasons via top 7/6 finishes.

Then a season of CL footy under Redkknapp.

Another season or 3 of EL football.

League positions of third, second, third, securing consistent CL qualification.

Build one of the best training complexes in the world, one which the very best players and teams in the world have waxed lyrical about.

SMASH the much maligned wage structure to keep our world class striker, whilst (seemingly) about to do the same for other vital squad members.

About to move into an £850m investment which will allow us to flex our muscles even further in the future, and will be one of the best and most advanced stadiums in the world.

Yeah I really wish we'd do something to build upon our positive trajectory.

Just seen this on SSN.
Liverpool have made an €180m offer for Real Madrid forward Marco Asensio, reports Mundo Deportivo.
The Reds have not yet found a replacement for Philippe Coutinho, who joined Barcelona in January, and they are keen on Madrid star Asensio.
According to Mundo Deportivo, they have tabled a formal bid of €180m for the Spain international. Real Madrid have the offer on the table and will analyse it, but they are expected to turn it down.
Asensio is under contract at the Bernabeu until 2023 with a €700m buyout clause.

As much as it seems an inane level of bullshit, it's linked to rumours that he would replace Salah

Pretty indefensible at this point

Just imagine Salah sitting at that table and thinking "What the hell have I gotten into?". You see his face is all smiles and giggles, but inside he's crying :ROFLMAO:

Who will the bin dippers support now that Mo Salah team is out?

Surely they wouldn't be complete hypocrites and start supporting England now.....

What a goal by Lingard by the way, and what a likeable bunch of lads the England squad are. It's like Italia '90 all over again. :woot:

Fucking BBC sport needs to be renamed Liverpool Sport. One article after the other on Salah, and how we are going to miss him because Egypt are out and its all the fault of Ramos. Well I for one won't miss him or a team that is of no note in world football. They need to get their heads out of each others arses.
