meh, not going to get all worked up about it; let's give it a few months
I don’t think they’re now all of a sudden a level above us (like City).
Same as it’s been for the last few years, we’re both 2 very evenly matched teams/squads who’ll both be pretty close to each other come the end of the season.
They're not at City's level, but they may prove to be a level above us as the season progresses. And it isn't all of a sudden either. They're paying top dollar to remedy their problem positions (like van Dijk, Keita, Alisson) and bringing through some youth or cheaper buys (like their full backs), all on top of building a top class attacking team over the last couple of years (Mane, Firmino, Salah).
So the optimistic view, which I share, is that we'll be able to stay on par with them. But we'll do well to stay the pace with them, while it's not unreasonable to predict they'll run a bit ahead of us, mainly because their aggressive approach is far less susceptible to dropping silly points.
The replies, oh the replies......
Do some of those people seriously believe Mario Silva is being serious reading some of their replies???
He’s absolutely loving trolling them - Lovren was holding a whopper!
I couldn’t read that far as my eyes were bleedingWhen some of them realise, it's quite beautiful comedy

More expert trolling from Ramos (is it trolling if he’s right?)
Klopp is STILL going on about it and was quoted in a German newspaper interview a couple of days ago saying not only was Ramos brutal etc, but they only had 12 fit players and that’s why they didn’t win ?
Latest Ramos quotes:
But Ramos said: "I have no intention of hurting a player deliberately."
He added: "He will be wanting to explain not winning the final, but it's not the first that he has lost."
"Some of us have been operating at a very high level for many years - not sure he can say the same. Let Klopp worry about his own players."
Weirdly, Ramos actually voted for Klopp as coach of the year.
