Lovren released a video on Instagram and apparently according to several outlets, the translation is...
“I elbowed him good (Ramos)! Haha! 3-2! Go ahead and talk buddy. Buddyyyy… (talking about Ramos, making gesture). Bunch of pussies. Only this side is worth (covering Spain’s flag on the kit). Now to beat England and walk out like a boss.”
Other outlets have said part of it translates to ‘I killed him’ (I assume referring to the elbow).
If any of the above is true, surely that’s a lengthy ban incoming. If the translation is correct.
Also VVD has come out and said Ramos ‘isn’t his type of defender’ etc.... I assume he means one that wins everything there is to win in world football....
It’s that shitarse siege mentality from that club from both players and fans. And the shit thing is it actually sort of works because they all genuinely believe the world is against them and they egg on each other with comments like this despite them looking like absolute wankers to the rest of the footballing world. Man U did the whole siege mentality thing with real success under Fergie and Liverpool are trying to emulate it. The difference is people actually accepted Utd were great and hated them for their arrogance and trophies whereas people just hate Liverpool because of their victim mentality, the reliance on history and the fact they think they’re better than they are. Maybe if they win the league, people will hate them for the reasons people hated Utd but until then, they’re just shit****s.

The guy is a monumental prick. His arrogance is staggering, but fits well with the club he's at. That should be the only reason needed to not pick any Liverpool players for today's game, because the last comment won't bother them bearing in mind who said it. Use this to fire up the other lads.

Part of the reason their fans are so mental is they're a classic glory hunter club but without any recent glory, so every tiny little thing they do gets over-analysed and turned into some small victory because that type of fans obsess over getting one over on others. So even if they lose, they sang loudest, or if their players get outscored it's because of penalties, and assists should count for goalscoring competitions, their keeper is wank because he got a knock on the head and so on.
