Sadio Mane has more goals than Raheem Sterling this season but Raheem is a Harry Kane voting POTY nominee uno.

The victims are at it again.

Got nothing to do with goals only, but how a player has performed over an entire season. Raheem has been sublime, and whilst Mane has been in terrific form recently, he hasn't been consistent over the course of the season.

If I’d been in a coma and woke up just now, I’d think either a) Liverpool won the league or b) Liverpool were about to win the league and there are no other teams challenging them.

The way everyone on Sky is chatting is genuinely bemusing. The main presenter just said something along the lines of the fans can’t wait for the trophy to come back to Anfield, all they have to do is win their last few games. He must’ve forgotten about City.

And Jamie Carragher should be banned from Liverpool matches. Genuinely embarrassing with his tiny fucking dancer bollocks. They had to ban Phil Thompson from doing them on soccer Saturday and that was only reporting on games, Carragher is fucking commentating during live matches! Biased spitting wankpuffin.

I think outside Spurs, the happiest I’d be in football is if Wolves beat Liverpool on the final day to hand the title to City. Won’t happen because Liverpool are having a Leicester season where every single decision is going their way and hardly any injuries etc. I don’t want City to beat us but I believe we can afford to lose one game anyway as long as we win our others.

The only way I’d happily suffer them winning the league is if we won the CL because a) it would be an absolutely astonishing achievement obviously and b) it would take the shine right off their league win.

Yeah I know, massively unlikely.....
Sky are doing their best to promote the shit out of this seasons two horse race, I have picked up on them and their narrative. Every time Liverpool win they are banging on about being at the top of the table and but almost always leave out the fact they have played a game more or slip it in under the radar. They are just presenting the product to be more exciting than it actually is. I honestly cannot see Liverpool winning the league.

Can we even afford to rotate? We really need to win because everyone else around us will probably win. We can certainly afford to lose this game if we win all our others but that doesn’t leave much room for any mistakes, and we all know that qualification via winning the CL is far too silly to rely on.

That said, it’ll be bittersweet for me if we lose tomorrow. I’ll hate us losing but be glad that City are back above Liverpool.

On a separate note, just caught Klopp’s press conference and he said that he’d said at the beginning of the season that Spurs had the hardest season ahead, not just because of no transfers but because most of our players were at the World Cup and only had a couple of weeks to prepare for the new season.... and that we’ve done amazingly well all season considering.

He’s quite ok when he hasn’t just lost a match.

This is our least winnable game. Players ran themselves into the ground a couple of days ago. Making them go again so soon is going to increase risk of injuries and decrease our chances of winning the rest of our games.

I honestly would have Son, at the very least, on the bench. Possibly Vertonghen too.

Last Sunday I met up with some old school friends, one of them is a Liverpool fan/supporter.
To give you an idea my school was full of glory hunter Liverpool fans in the early 90s and they were obnoxious as f**k. Fast forward to present day and out of no where this tool starts to go in on Kane’s dive for a penalty and Lamela being cheating scum. This took me by surprise as all we were talking about was about our new stadium ( 2 of us are Spurs,1 has no team and the other is Liverpool.)
He then proceeds to talk about Son and how he’s wasted at Spurs and he should come join a team who’s going win the league. Said a bid of 40m should do it. The absolute arrogance from Liverpool fans in unbelievable. This was a 40 year old man carrying on like a he was 14 again.
I for one do not ever want Liverpool to win any trophy ever again.

Yup. I then realised why I hadn’t met up with him in 20 odd years.

I actually feel like I should apologise really. I shouldn't be judging someone I've never met. I didn't mean any offence & if I caused any, I do sincerely apologise, mate.
