More importantly will they be able to fill the stadium for matches in the Championship ?

I like the fact that it is going to be like a waterfall on the pitch whenever it rains as well. Somewhat poetic considering they are a shower of shit

A little bit of me wants them to build it so they can be mocked for the next 100 odd years about it, but I hope someone with some sense rejects it because it looks like a cats arse.

It looks really small, they'll barely get a football in there let alone all the players and fans. Also balsa wood, interesting choice of building material, let's see how that copes in the rain.

I think it looks alright tbf. Down that way it'll 'blend' a lot better than a modern steel & glass structure like ours which would be an eyesore & out of sync with the local area

Difficult to see much detail though

Looks expensive but class-less. Suits them.

And I bet it gets through the process in double-quick time #greasedpalm #brownenvelope

Everyone around there is loaded too though, so if someone who'd be affected decides they hate it they're going to have the cash to put up a fight.

Credit to them for trying to build something different to all the generic bowl stadiums nowadays, but it looks fucking awful.

Of course it will get planning because nobody will be able to stand up to abramovich and whatever means he employs to get the thing built but it shouldn't for a couple of reasons:

1. They've got to build over a railway line that's used for transporting nuclear waste.

2. Its fucking ugly

3. Fulham Broadway and the traffic around there is already atrocious. 2 years of construction traffic plus the extra match day people is going to make the area uninhabitable in terms of transportation.

Plus, that design looks like all the rain water is just going to drain into the middle of the pitch!
