I felt the need to resurrect this thread. Not laughing at Spurs but our fans. After reading yesterdays match thread and ratings thread I HAD to laugh. I know we did not play well after going 2 up. We took our foot off the gas but Jesus peeps lets have some perspective. And its not just yesterday but every week. We're all entitled to an opinion of course and I moan myself about some things, backwards sideways boredom for example, but some fans are just permanently moaning and berating some of our best players.
We've people moaning Eriksen needs to do this and Alli needs to start doing this. Poch is not doing this or that. Son is useless. Dembele should do this. Dier is pants. Etc etc. Even Kane gets a bashing, our best player and golden boot winner. "Whys he shooting from there ffs???" Er because more often than not he scores ffs!!!
We've the best team, manager and squad we've had in an eternity.
We're 2nd in the league.
We're in the fa cup semi final.
We've a new stadium on the horizon.
Just start enjoying these players for what they they can and do do (he said dodo hehe) while we have them and where we currently are because in football you're always 1 transfer window away from disaster as we know only too well.
Hold your head up and smile. Unbeaten at home. Cheer up you miserable fks lol.
