Jim White having a love in with Chelsea this morning. Tony Cascarino had to stop him saying that it was a better result than Spurs in Turin.

On Alan Brazil's breakfast show this morning, Ray "Butch" Wilkins was the pundit as they discussed this evening's Man Utd v Sevilla match.

FFS. That people are paid for spouting opinions like that ....

They'd be at least 6th and almost certainly closer to top 4 than Arsenal.

Don't understand on all these radio show/TV things why they don't have actual people who know what they're talking about. In this example, it's Man Utd vs Sevilla so we all know what Man Utd are about and so do the pundits they already have, so if you're going to have a guest on, why not make it someone who specialised in Spanish football so that you can get some real insight into Sevilla? It's not difficult. But instead they go down the usual "Let's get someone on who will troll all the La Liga fanboys"

I think Talk Sport is the radio equivalent of the Sun, mass appeal to the lowest common denominator. Never mind accuracy or great knowledge and insight.

He was on there primarily to talk about last night's Chelsea game, and they threw that at him at the end because he used to play for United I guess.
He'd clearly had wine for breakfast again...he does talk a lot of old nonsense sometimes.

Since his playing career finished, the best thing he did was provide a voiceover for a Tango advert.

Jim White: ‘We understand this morning... Well, we don’t understand, we know it to be factual...’

So basically everytime Jim White starts a sentence with ‘We understand...’, by his own admission he’ll follow it by talking bollocks. Which is almost everything he says.

Piers Morgan on with Jim White next.

Under normal circumstances I couldn't think of anything worse. But lads, it's Arsenal.
