Lanzini has a "cruciate tear+". Suspected nerve damage. Out for at least 15 months, possibly career-ending and very likely never the same player again.

I feel sorry for him. Decent little player, seems to always turn up against us.

I don't feel sorry for West Ham. They can fucking rot.

Real shame for him as it seems he should have moved onto a team more befitting of his talent by now but may never reach those levels again. Knowing that lot they'll be trying to get him out of his contract.

That is just horrible, sad news. Can't say anything else than hope he recovers and is playing football again next year.

Would prefer if he was at another club when he returned, of course.

It would be fitting if one day they hired a manager who turned up at the press conference waving a dildo in the style of Christian Gross waving a tube ticket.

Trying not to get too ahead of themselves by doing just that. They are an entertaining lot I'll give them that

West Ham have been under the radar for a few weeks but thankfully they'll never go too far away.

KUMB sadly informs us that the West Ham involvement in this World Cup ended today with Mexico
having been beaten by Brazil.

In other news suspicions are growing that there may not actually be a season ticket waiting list as ST's are being given to punters not on the list...

The problem is, Mike Hare, you never end up with the high calibre players you go for :ROFLMAO:

Honestly speaking though, players who go there have to accept that they'll never be playing Champions League football in the time they're there. Probably not even Europa also

They are a strictly mid table team, trying for CL quality players.

I too hope that Pellegrini has the same impact on West Ham that he had on Villareal and Malaga.

He won no meaningful competitions with either, left them both in the lurch when a richer club came calling and both deteriorated after his departure, to the extent that Malaga were relegated 5 years after he left and Villareal were relegated 3 years after he left.

Frankly, it's a little longer to wait than I would like, but I'll be patient if I must.
