Do they get a fine for 6 yellow cards?
Would be fun if they had 1 point from 7 games which is possible with their fixtures
I think 5 cards or more brings the standard "bringing the game into disrepute" fine.

I was concerned when they were signing all these players but I do feel a lot better now. :)

The hysterical thing is West Ham fans actually think Pellegrini is building a project. The guy is 64, management is a young mans game these days apart from the very odd exception like Hodgson. He’s yesterdays man.

Come on man. He's not going anywhere soon after we paid that much.

Big difference from a signing nearer to £20mil like Maguire or even Arnie.

' Transfer Markt. ' have it down as £38m , I expect the rest is appearance / goals etc related , but I'm not going to quibble over a few million . Let's call it £45m .

If Felipe Anderson turns out to be the best thing since sliced bread then we'll have both Manchester Clubs sniffing around , it's what they do , they get other clubs to buy talented players with a question mark hanging over them then when they turn out to be good they buy them .
£90m is nothing to them .

Anyway , I didn't come on here to be some Party-Pooper , let's enjoy next season , let's enjoy our new players - who knows , we may finish above Manchester United and there'll be no need to sell anyone .

They've got Woolwich next weekend, can see it all getting rather nasty for one of them after that.
What a lovely turn of events!

 I'll actually be supporting this sorry lot in that game; but unfortunately, I expect the Spammers to get hammered

I can't believe these managers continue to play mark noble. He isnt good at anything and is well past it. As long as they have him in the team they will struggle.

So lets hope he continues to get picked.

I’m sure they’ll be fine, and you can excuse the excitement before the season started but it doesn’t take much scratching to see what’s beneath the surface of all this transfer business.

Unproven and failed players if we are being brutally honest.
Anderson failed at Lazio, Yarmolenko failed at Dortmund. I said before, their target lost looked like it was complied using football manager 2013

Fucked up my ACCA but honestly I don't give a shit if it means they lose. Bankruptcy will feel prettyyyy sweet if they get relegated in the process.

They should really be buying the young british talents like Maddison Brooks and Grealish

Instead they wasted all their money on lazy unmotivated foreigners

Last season, those few West Ham fans possessed with a pair of binoculars and the ability to read could stare longingly, if not for long, at their 'honours board' at the OS that highlighted their successes of yesteryear.

"You can take away our ground, but you can't take away our history", they would say.

Well, turns out that they were, as ever, wrong, as the 'before and after' pictures below demonstrate...

Some are incandescent at this. Others see it as symptomatic of the problems they face living in a rented stadium. But my favourite reaction was this one which showed a degree of self-awareness not generally present in most West Ham fans.
