Shocking attitude from Pogba posting pics all over instagram at adidas a day after their Liverpool defeat.

I don't think Mourinho managed him properly but I think his attitude also stinks and would say he has only performed to best of his ability for 20% of his games Manchester United (and that's being generous).

Think they need to cut their losses with him, looks like Fergie knew this when he didn't make massive efforts to keep him before.

Agree completely. Mourinho didn't help the situation but it was very much 6 of one half a dozen of the other for me. Pogba just seems like trouble and the two big egos clashing was destined to fail. Fergie never wanted anybody to get bigger than the club but it seems like Utd are letting Pogba do exactly that. He's bad news and not even performing well on the pitch. I'd want him gone if I was taking over, even if it was purely a political move.

Best case scenario.

If he gets interim this is likely to happen imo.

Big money going on Lauren Blanc for interim...we'll know for sure in a couple of days....that would worry me as I do not think he will be given a long term contract regardless of results...they want a big name for their 'big' club. I'll hope and pray Zidane is being lined up.

PS
Watching Sky Sports News is currently like actually living Groundhog Day.....:sleep::sleep::sleep:

Me too, but partly because I don't think Zidane is as good a manager as people try and make out due to his CL record. He might work out initially because he'll be more relaxed and let the big players express themselves, which is obviously going to be a popular switch from the players' perspective, but long term I don't think he's shown anything so far to convince me he's got what it takes to take them back to the top of the game.

I know. The temerity of him. How dare he post pictures of himself outside of his job ?

So you think after his team having lost to one of their bitterest rivals it's a good idea to be posing all over social media?

Time and a place for such things.

The whole pogba circus makes me laugh as quite a few people believe that he will have posted that picture of himself as a direct dig at Mourinho. Will almost certainly have been somebody from his social media team posting on his behalf. They would then have seen the news about Jose getting sacked and taken it down quickly to avoid the negative attention.

Very few big big stars actually look after their own social profiles and it's quite easy to spot which ones do

I don’t think he’ll go, and you’re right that there are many things to consider at United but a squad that finished second in the league just months ago, is in the UCL knockouts, and has been sitting out their £100m midfielder is hardly a “huge rebuilding job.”
Fellaini has been there go to player ffs... If not a rebuild then a huge new fit out costing the fecking earth I'd say In todays market

There is a huge rebuilding job to be done at Man Utd, work that Poch has already 'under his belt' at Spurs. I just think he sees what's happening at Tottenham as his own 'personal' project and is drooling at the thought of next season with a New Stadium and once again Champions League football to look forward to. There are so many positives for staying but numerous ponderables and dark shadows lurking at Old Trafford.

Agree, I just don't think he will blurt this all out at a presser. He likes to play games with the media.

in that case, why did his social media team not stop the post going live when Jose was sacked? Its probably one of his most successful social media posts ever everyone is talking about it and Adidas, it is social media marketing at its best.

Norwegian press is literally pissing themselves both with laughter and excitement at the prospect. Nobody here thinks it's likely or that it would go well if it happened.

Nice pay-off for Molde if he goes, seeing as he signed a new deal with them only 10 days ago!

I'd bet Molde would get a good wedge of cash but also a guarantee that he'll go back there when the season ends.

IF this happens. I remain sceptical.

Can’t see Ole leaving and can only see Blanc being one of the longer term candidates for next year. Just think this short term appointment will be much closer to home.

One positive aspect, which was mentioned on Talksport and that is that top jobs come up relatively frequently these days and so managers aren't necessarily going to think that if they don't take the job now then that's their chance gone forever.
