Hearing that the 0's players didn't get paid this morning.
I appreciate it is a twitter link but I don't think it would be a falsie
Personally I wasn't sure about that link until I saw it was written by the guy who wrote the official Tottenham Hotspur annuals.
They have still got a sense of humour it seems
0-2 loss at home to Wycombe today. Nine points from safety now after Cheltenham's win.
Excellent bit of gallows humour from Orient fans here:
It's true, unfortunately. Backroom staff weren't paid, either.
The club doctor's quit after not being paid. They might not be able to play their next game if they can't get a replacement.

Wonderful to see Spurs fans donating to Leyton Orient Regeneration fund before the game. Class.
Fair play to them. Gave them a couple of quid and asked the girl how much they needed, £250k .
West Ham moving to the olympic stadium has killed Leyton Orient. Barry Hearn who had been a good job as chairman saw the writing on the wall (He does bear a lot of responsibility for selling to this guy though) and got while he could.
I'm not sure it's fair to lay the ineptitude of the F.A's fit and proper persons test for potential new owners squarely on Barry Hearn's shoulders TBH unless you know something we don't
These are the same people that left Blackpool with absolute shitehawks in charge and allowed them to run a once financially sound and secure well run club into the ground (although i've no clue what their current status is) same with Venky's at Blackburn, the whole mess at Portsmouth under whatsisname when Redknapp was there, the list goes on...
Not having a pop i'm just pointing it out.
Hearn wouldn't have sold to the new owner if he knew what was going to happen. I don't think you can really blame him for how it's turned out.
Just seen this thread on the front page saying they raised £11k at the weekend.
Farewell to the Orient
Fair play fellas
Gutted. Lived in Walthamstow and Leytonstone. Was a ball boy a few times when I played for the district.
Used to go when Spurs and the combination side were away.
My old man had a pub that was the hq of the fanzine boys.
It ain't over until it's over Mr. D. If the mafioso sells and they get decent owners they should be back in no time.
