I would say Cook would be more of a holding CM like where Dembele and Winks play and Grealish is more further forward where Eriksen plays. Could get both... We know we need players for both positions

The more videos I watched the more I liked him. Certainly looks a very composed player that can beat a man and play decent football. Definitely a different type to Grealish but don't see how Bournemouth would let him go with only a day to go.

I'd take Cook in a heart beat and if Dembs is offski then Cook makes more and more sense to me. He plays deeper than Grealish (who I see as cover for Eriksen) and I can imagine him settling in quickly and aiming for a England spot. It could be easier to get over the line too with Bournemouth signing Lerma and the short distance for medicals - I don't even think Bournemouth hate Levy which is a rarity.

Hell he can bring Defoe with him in a swapsie for Llorente/Janssen if it helps.
