I think quite the opposite tbh. Im pretty certain it will sell out before being offered out to guests tbh. Just this week alone i have been asked if i cant get about 5 tickets in total. I think the members will gobble them up i think we have over 80k members this year or more. I have been trying to get my wife a ticket and luckily i have a friend who is not going so she will have his. Problem is he sits in the north directly opposite me in the south. But we will both be there and will find a way to sit together.

Hmmm... So do I buy a member ticket on the off chance, then try to snaffle a guest ticket, then we just end up watching in the market place? Hmmm... They dont make it easy do they :)

Not a chance is this selling out before the Thursday phase 3 stage where members can invite guests. People are forgetting lots of Spurs fans will be out in Madrid even if they haven’t got tickets. Thousands of Spurs fans will be in various pubs across the country and obviously at home watching it. Yes, it will be a full house probably in the end, but no way in a million years is it selling out by Thursday. Tickets will be easy to get.

That press release is written as if they expect it to sell out, but then they would do that wouldn't they?

I find it hard to believe that many people will go to the stadium for a screening, and a good chunk of people are heading off to Madrid.

I need to get a guest ticket and I suspect a lot of people will do the same - I'd go to a match on my own, but less likely to go to something like this on my own (but maybe that's just me).

People travel from all over the country/world for matches at WHL, but would they for this?

Having said all that... Looks to be the best atmosphere to watch the game in outside of Madrid... So maybe 60k will think the same?

Thanks for the reply. I’m in the same boat: often go watch a game by myself but need to share this night with another.

I’ll watch it at home with the missus if I can’t get tickets for both of us. Hopefully can...?

Thank god they're putting screens on the pitch and fair play for listening to the fans. It would have been a nightmare with some fans in the stadium and some in the concourses. This way the atmosphere will be stronger inside the stadium.

Anyone got any suggestions for pubs in the area on the night for myself, the Mrs and my parents?

In case I can’t get tickets, I’m loving all the bar recommendations. How early are you guys getting there. Everywhere is going to be so packed.

What if you’re going to Madrid can you transfer the ticket to someone in your list like a match ? Basically can you buy a ticket for Madrid and this then transfer it ?

Apparently transfers only work for ST home tickets or even just home tickets in general. Doesnt work for away games I think

The club updated the screening info they released yesterday. Screens on the pitch now too.
This is from the OS, nothing there about screens on the pitch

(Edit, seen it now, going blind after too much time in incognito mode)

Event information
We shall be opening all areas of the stadium at 6pm – two hours ahead of the 8pm (UK time) kick-off in Madrid.

All bars and food outlets will also open at this time – the Club has also obtained a licence for fans to take alcohol to their seats.

We should, however, like to remind fans that this will be a family event for supporters of all ages to enjoy a momentous occasion in the Club’s history – we ask that you are therefore mindful of your alcohol consumption and behaviour and give due consideration to those around you at all times.

Our usual matchday security procedures and bag policy will be in place for this event. We encourage fans to arrive as early as possible, and strongly advise against arriving any later than 7.30pm, to leave enough time to clear security and avoid busy transport times.

During the event, fans will be treated to BT Sport’s live coverage of the Final, including all the build-up, post-match reaction and trophy presentation, via our giant HD screens and televisions located throughout the concourses and Premium areas, plus screens on the pitch.

Fans will be able to purchase a copy of the official UEFA Champions League Final matchday programme for a price of £10 throughout the stadium and at the Spurs Shop at the Tottenham Experience.

Bars and food outlets will close at 10.30pm, with last orders at 10.15pm, ahead of the stadium closing at 11pm. Should the match go to extra-time and penalties, we shall look to extend the opening hours of the stadium and continue to serve food and soft drinks. However, we shall stop serving alcohol at 10.30pm in any event.

We shall be updating fans with further information on our live screening event, including a full Travel Update, in due course. Please keep an eye on Club channels

That’s not what I meant. I mean if you’ve bought a ticket for Madrid can you then buy a £10 ticket for WHL and transfer that to someone. Or will the system pick up you’ve bought a ticket for both ?

But i was told on the phone that ticket share for the screening was not available. So you could buy it but you cant send to anybodys account to use. Essentially they would need your season ticket card.

Re sharing if a season ticket holder buys in phase 2 sale they don't use their stadium card because they won't be in their normal seat they get a print at home ticket, so if your not a member and know a ST not going get them to buy a seat in phase 2 then post or fax the ticket on .
