Sorry but Poch has to have Moura on the bench today. I don’t buy this whole easing him in slowly bullshit. Every other club buys players and puts them in straight away. I’m not saying he should start, but would be a fantastic option off the bench today. He can’t play V Newport, so let’s give him some game today.

he was in Paris until last night moving out of his home

Don’t know why everybody seems so terrified. They are a top team, but we have finished above them consistently for ages now, and if we win today, that’s exactly where we will be. They are the ones who should be worried.

We once went 73 years without a win at Anfield, we've only won there twice in Premier League history, and before this season we'd had two draws and seven defeats in our last 10 against them. Whilst we have been finishing above them consistently for the best part of a decade, this is not a fixture we are used to winning and people are understandably nervous.

The last Liverpool side to lose at home to us had Jay Spearing and Andy Carroll in the starting lineup and they brought Jonjo Shelvey and David Ngog off the bench.

Listen I spent 30 mins of my last £100 CBT session discussing how I was going to employ everything I’d learnt from the “vicious cycle” and erasing negative thoughts before this game. But you guys are making it bloody impossible :ROFLMAO:

We can win the game - I think we have a much much better GK, defence and midfield - the front three is the only area they compete with us and I think Salah is a fantastic player and Firmino and Mane are very good players too. We need to sit deep and not leave space in behind as Salah and Mane can exploit this - press their midfield when they enter our half and then break forward in numbers.

We did not do this last year which is why we lost so badly.

Can, Milner, Henderson, Wijnaldum and Chamberlain are very average players and we all know about their CBs and FBs we need to nullify their pace in behind and get their centre backs nice and far apart where their individual weaknesses can be exploited.

Last year in the first 20 minutes or so we didn't know what hit us, but if West Brom can go there and win, we can too.

Waiting for a great match, hopefully there will be no game-changing mistakes by Mr Moss...

Yes we can win but as we know each game is different and Liverpool are notorious for getting up for the big games and struggling in ones in which they should win.

Need to show them a lot of respect wont be no small feat to go and get a win

We will loose showing them too much respect though. We need to play our game, and not try and negate theirs. We know on the day it is good enough to beat anyone.

Look at their record against the big teams.

I'm pretty sure if we did beat Klopp's Liverpool by dominating possession then we'd be the first team to do it in 3 years.

Negating Liverpool's game has repeatedly been shown to be exactly the way to beat them though.

They seem to have justified it on the basis that Redknapp and Souness were at Spurs for a season or two, at either end of their careers, and that it's broadly the same as the combined 30 odd seasons at Anfield they and Carragher must have had between them.
