Really pleased with the line up, Liverpool are no powerhouse of a team, they all interchange infront of Gerrard and all have legs.

Siggy, bentalab (big fan, going to be such a player especially after all this first team exposure) chadli and Lennon can all get about the pitch, decent on the ball and a lot more fluid than perhaps playing 1 or 2 defensive midfielders.

It's a brave move but I'm really pleased, it might result in a bit of a kicking but it could also do the above and we get a result, happy with Tim here

I prescribe you 30mg of mirtazapine, come back and see me in a month ...

To play devil's advocate, in December AVB started Capoue and Sandro in front of the back four (and we got smashed).

Bentaleb and Sigurdsson might work. Sitting back and defending definitely didn't work against them the last time.

So very, very true. Every week I expect something will change and every week it does but not in the way I had hopped. It's been like this from day one of the season.
Honestly, this is the thing that has cost us the most points all season. We'd have at least 7 or 8 more if we fielded our best and balanced team week in week out.

Really isn't rocket science to find out who your best players are and to realise that you need a bit of bite in midfield, especially against the top sides.

Only saving grace is that Dawson isn't lining up next to Vertonghen but I hope to Christ we don't start using a high line coupled with pathetic closing down because this could be hideous.

Tim is basically rolling the dice. We could get torn a new one the middle of the park. Who's going to win us the ball back?

Roulette Tim has outdone himself today with today's line up. You just have to laugh at his incompetence. Sandro?, Dembele?, Paulinho?. I can't wait to get a proper manager...

*ps. If Tim gets a performance from us today and we win I know absolutely nothing about football.

Just so sick of seeing Lennon in the starting line up over and over again when he brings absolutely nothing to the team.
