I thought he wanted to go back to Spain??

Regardless, the sooner we can shift some fringe players and create funds and space in the squad for a few new faces the better

With Son going away if he goes in jan it will leave us very light up top.

I believe that with our use of the long ball recently we have got better value out of Llorente. We need a replacement who offers an alternative.

Crap story and pure speculation. He will stay until the summer as backup to Kane which he realised would happen when he signed. He is a great backup and regardless of age is worth more than £1 million.

It would be really weird of us to let him go before the summer window. He hasn't played much, but when he has come on late in games he has made an impact and is a really good kitchen sink/plan B sort of player to have on the bench, and also useful to defend set-pieces late in a game. I think he will stay and hope he does.

No it wouldn't, he's been rubbish generally. If we get a reasonable offer we should take it. It's better than nothing at all.

If it wasn't for Llorente we would be playing Europa League football next year.

So you disagree that he's been rubbish generally during his time with us?

I agree he has been poor overall but don't straw man please, you disagreed with the previous post about letting him go now when he's been his most effective and helping us turn games.

Well I bolded the main part that I disagree with. Do you disagree that if we get a reasonable offer we should take it?

You would think we'd have to have something lined up if we're letting him go. Maybe the lad from Sunderland.

Yep I think we should keep him until the end of the season. What's a reasonsble offer gonna be anyway, £1m? £2m? , might as well keep him till the summer.

Well I agree for that money, what's the point? I was thinking around 7 million, Levy will want to claw back as much money as possible, I can't imagine him entertaining a £1m/ £2m offer.

His contract runs out in 6 months, can't see anyone paying £7m for a 33 year old when he'll be free in the summer.

I hope he's still here in May. We won't get much for him then or now but he's the second best striker at the club. Should be first name on the bench because if we need a goal he's an option.
