If he made a save they might have. Not blaming him but 2 shots 2 goals. He needed to be heroic for that 2nd one... ye need that in the big games sometimes.

this story reminded me of when Jenas or Dawson would say the lads were up for the challenge and then go and lose to Hull (or usually Arsenal, I guess..). Next day it would be about bouncing back.

I Know we are all hurting....... But lets be honest unless we go for it this is as good as it gets. We Dared to Dream but if we are a big club why are we not paying Toby 150.000 per week..

heard some idiot saying Poch out if we don't win a cup this year, what a bloody over reaction.

We are improving year on year.

We've opted not do it the Citeh, or Chelski way and simply buy success.

let's be patient, we are on the right track

a touch naive that's all...against a team full of experienced winners and the best defender in the world...no shame there

I hope we listen to what Allegri and Chiellini had to say. It is a learning experience for the whole team, including Pochettino. We earned the right to go up against one of the greatest football teams in the world. It is important that we are humble enough to learn, otherwise we will be like Arsenal.
One last thing: I thought Chiellini's words about Astori were very moving and had the utmost respect for his decency.

It's great that the headline is different to the article, they have slightly twisted his comments and everyone fell for it.

Again :shifty:

I can't even be bothered to post to wish they'd stfu with this shit, as it's clear they'll never ever learn.
