I don't think he'll go, especially if Bayern win Saturday.

If we get good money and a decent replacement, flog him to fuck. If the quotes are to be believed, it didn't take him long to start mouthing again.

If Bayern win then I can't see him going Chelsea. City don't need him. I don't see him going abroad. United need and want him but can they afford him? Fergie doesn't exactly like dealing with Levy. Scholes is also staying another year.

I think and hope he'll stay.

I don't think he's done enough this year to be in any position to wanna move. If he were to be sold for upwards of £40m and we managed to get Sahin in (if he really is available from Madrid) I wouldn't be devastated.

I expected these quotes to come after Saturday, if Chelsea had won, but perhaps he wants to leave this summer regardless.

Laid on more chances than any other spurs player this season

So? I'm not saying he isn't a good (great) player. I absolutely love him as a player, I just feel like when we went through that blip, the first 11 have to be held somewhat accountable, and he's an integral part of it. I don't want him to go, but someone like Sahin would be a great replacement if he does IMO. I can't take another summer of Modric rumours man!

The problem with Modric is.....he`s a bit of a wanker.

Its about the wonga nowadays with many footballers. Chelsea pay a lot better than Spurs. As you said City wont go for him, Utd might tho

Whether or not we make the CL, I have a feeling that the press will push this one all summer. So regardless of if he stays or goes, this will unfortunately be a news story until September :(

I will make the decision where to continue my career.

See now, I was far too harsh on the little turd before. He's chronically stupid is what it is. The over-riding factor in his wankiness last summer was his utter lack of intelligence. No mate, you made that decision, for the next couple of yrs anyway, when you signed a contract.

Honestly, unless we somehow get someone like Sahin in, and are paid an amount which leaves the other side hurting, he's going nowehere for one more season at least.

Levy drew a line in the sand. Unless we come out ahead on this deal, there is no deal.

I'd rather he go City than Utd

If City wanted to give us £50m for him and allow us to sign Adebayor on the cheap with them agreeing to supplement his wage for the duration of his SPurs contract I'd be happy enough with that.

I really really don't want to see us selling another player to Man U at this stage though.

Hopefully Levy will continue to dig his heels in this summer and Bale and Modric will not be sold, we will have CL football and we will make 3-4 decent signings that will improve us over all.

I think he is waiting to see what we do regarding players brought in and the result of Saturdays game. I bought the world soccer euro 2012 special the other day and in it is an interview with Modric. He talks about money not being the deciding factor in his future and if it was he would have already signed the contract on offer from chairman Levy.
He also spoke about how he really wanted a trophy this season.

Hopefully Bayern can do us a favour on Saturday then the imminent arrival of the Ajax captain and eredivise player of the season might get him thinking that maybe Tottenham is the place where he can achieve his ambitions? Fingers ( legs, toes ) crossed.
