Could be he has no feeling in both feet, but he told me personally about one foot not sweating and no feeling in one cheek.
As you said before, the cheek problem is due to trauma. He's probably got lack of sweating in both feet, but would notice it more in one than the other; or it might be due to a back problem that's pressing on one nerve.

Yeah, I said in my original post that the non sweating was due to a back problem ?
