Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has reportedly vowed to never sell to either of the Manchester clubs again in a massive blow to Harry Kane’s chances of joining Manchester United in the summer. Levy has apparently never forgiven himself for sanctioning Kyle Walker’s transfer to Manchester City in 2017.

Or they wait 6 months and get him on a pre contract for free…….
The Bosman ruling only allows players to sign a pre-contract with a club outside of their current association (i.e. Bayern, Real, Barca, PSG etc. could start negotiations with Kane six months before any rival PL clubs).

If Kane won’t sign and Utd put up huge money then my guess is whatever Levy feels then we’d deal with them.

Not selling to Manchester clubs due to regretting selling Walker makes no sense.

No matter if he still regrets it, Walker wanted to leave and we got a then highest price.

Why would he not sell to City? It's not like we're making any effort to try and compete with them. May as well take their money.
