As a budding sports journalist I am going to write a piece on the candidates of the Manger of the Year for this season.

I personally reckon that there are three candidates: Hodgson, Redknapp and Ancelotti.

Hodgson because of Fulham Europa League campaign.
Redknapp for being the first Spurs manager to break the top 4 (bearing in mind he joined us only 19 months ago when we had two points from 8 games)
Ancelotti for (nearly) winning the Premiership in his first season in English football

Obviously these three are up for debate but what I most want is your thoughts on why these three managers deserve the title of Manger of the Year (or any other managers for that matter).

I would really appreciate it!

id say hodgson as he has done the most with what resources he had hence should be it. Redknapp has done well, but with a good squad, and if anything ancelotti has under performed with the wealth and ability at his disposal. ancelotti has also failed to get many good performances out of terry who has been poor, which is his job.
