It helps us by getting rid of players that do not have a long term future at the club and releases funds and squad places for players that do. It’s hardly strengthening them, most have agreed neither has lived up to expectations.

Despite their somewhat patchy form, they are still going to be sniffing around European places. There are likely to be other clubs such as Fulham.

Regardless of Serge R's form, a natural left sided player would help balance the United side.

I don't care personally, about any finances of the club although It will obviously be a major factor. But United are direct rivals for any European place. Which also impacts finances.

Onions and all that.

Reggie + Hojbjerg + 20m for Sancho. Would be so logical. Sancho-Son-Kulu would be so dangerous
