Plenty of flexibility, Dier can drop to form a back 3 with Eriksen partnering Dembele in CM, or equally Dier stays alongside Dembele and Eriksen and we go 433.
Not seeing much in Utd's team to worry us, I always fancy Dembele to shut Pogba down, he has the ability and especially the power to live with Pogba.

Mourinho always targets Sanchez's passing by getting his forwards to mark his central defensive partner when they're playing out from the back, I remember he did it in the EL Final and it exposed Sanchez a bit.
