Because it's people like you that spread this shit all over the internet, generating them money and encouraging them to continue. It's obviously a nonsense clickbait article, take some responsibility for your actions.

This is a ridiculous over reaction

If there was a law on here to not post spurious bullshit, the site would close down

I read much worse than this every day on here, not even a word. “My mate heard from his dad’s barber...” Then the contact-less clickbait merchants at Football Whispers are openly encouraged to write nonsense and post it in the forum

Yet this piece, with actual quotes from Poch in the Poch thread, is pilloried. Show some consistency for Christ’s sake

Cheers for the update @kaz Hirai

  • Pochettino responds to real links as Tottenham seek replacement

During an interview with radio station Onda Cero, Pochettino didn’t exactly rule himself out of the running for the job but did admit he is more than happy where he is, for now.

He said: “I’m happy where I am just now. Football will take me where I want to go. Jorge Griffa, who is like a father to me, once told me to not think too much, enjoy the present, be professional and responsible, and football will take you where you want.

Pochettino’s comments are significant given that Gazetta dello Sport claims Spurs have contacted Carlo Ancelotti’s agent to discuss the possibility of the Italian becoming their new manager if Pochettino leaves.

Ancelotti has been out of work since being sacked by Bayern Munich in September but enjoyed tremendous success in the Premier League at Chelsea, where he guided the Blues to a league and FA Cup double in 2010.
Haha this is so bizarre. Last night I actually had a dream that we sacked Pochettino and replaced him with Ancelotti.

Mind you the dream also had us playing at the new stadium - even though it was this season - where they served KFC chicken that was raw except everyone ate out of toilet urinals because that made it healthy to eat, everyone calling Donna Cullen, of all people, a **** for sacking Pochettino, and explaining that when Ancelotti replaced Guardiola at Munich all the players were complaining that it was too simple in comparison while Guardiola himself, who was in the crowd, told me that he was a much more complicated manager than Pochettino.

It was fucking weird to say the absolute least.

This is pretty much a word for word quote from his book.

That's not a dream, it's a dystopian nightmare...

A few weeks ago someone on here was championing the idea of sacking off Poch in the summer, and replacing him with Ancelotti.
Poch has taken us as far as he can apparently.

Imagine if say we had been a mid table club and got taken over buy some oil billionaire who put £500m in and we bought
Kane £200m
Dele £80m
Eriksen £70m
Alderweireld £70m
Sanchez £40m
Vertonghen £40m

And we were sitting 5th in table likely 5 pts off top 4. If you look at it objectively and not with rose tinted specs then questions would be being asked. Not saying he’s under pressure but I do think questions should be being asked. Especially on his selections and subs this season.

I could try and imagine that, but I won't, because we're not, making your analogy redundant.

Superb straw man argument there.

The point I’m making is with the quality of players we have we are 10 points off where we should be imo.chelsea United Liverpool squads are on a par with us. In fact I could probably argue all round we have better squad than all those 3 . When you consider we have the best striker in the world. And 3 of the best CB.

We ain't played at home all season.
Was always gonna be tough and I think we're doing ok all things considered.
Hopefully this season at wembley helps us out in the long run when we play there in the future. Also I think we will be there or thereabouts (top 4) come the end of the season. But like I said its gonna be tough

Pochettinho has been absolutely brilliant for my club. We're having progressive improvement across the board in our league finishes our point total goal deficits, in the transfer market we are seeing transfer fee records broken and to top them all a new stadium. When you take into consideration us playing at Wembley we're still thereabouts fighting amount other clubs with far greater budgets for league supremacy.

I look at our positive that far outweigh the negative, Say for example we don't quality for CL, Pochettinho to my mind should be given the backing from fans and board to build again.

Only an idiot wouldn't back him even if we finish 6th. I think we've slightly underachieved if we don't get top 4 this season considering what we have but these things happen. He's a fantastic coach, so you just keep the squad together, sell the pointless players and replace with players he can actually rely on beyond the starting 11. Then we move back home, dust ourselves off and give it a better go next season.

Why would you imagine such a stupid, unrealistic scenario...you ought to think about the realities rather than the fantasy thoughts in your head.

http://www.football365.com/news/pochettino-has-99-tottenham-problems-his-substitutions

Don’t know if this has been posted but the only thing worth reading is this

In 33 games in all competitions this season, Tottenham have made 99 substitutions. That they have garnered just one goal and one assist between them suggests that this is quite the problem.”

That can’t be right, can it? If that is the case then wow, no wonder Poch is hesitant to make changes. I struggle to see that being the case, but even if it is a bit off, it is safe to say our bench doesn’t have the attacking quality to unlock a match. I believe in Lamela but see him more of a starter than an impact sub albeit he has come on and saved our asses before (Leicester and Man City)

It's only relevant if you compare it to other teams.
