Totally unrelated to this thread, and about a year or two late, but Plainview avatar or GTFO.I know there's a tiny bit of handbags between them in the media now and again, but there seems to be a mutual respect between Poch and Wenger. I don't know if I have ever seen Wenger so magnanimous after a defeat. I think he really admires Poch's work here.
Noticed he is getting very edgy with some of the questions he has to answer

Well done Pochettino. 7 points from United Liverpool and Arsenal is up there with the very best this season.
Meanwhile in cloud cuckoo land some joker wants him replaced by Conte or Simeone
which questions are those?
For a good long while there, you abandoned your child. Glad you've atoned.
It was really interesting the way he reacted to that question though. Even towards the end as he was walking out he tells the PR assistant something along the lines of not allowing that reporter to ask questions, here's a clip (starts at 8:23):he was really narked at someone asking why toby wasn't in the squad today.

or that the answer is not that straightforward...Little bit odd by Poch there. It’s obvious what the reporter was asking and it was a relatively straight forward question. Poch could’ve just said ‘he’s only just come back from injury and he needs a rest’ etc. The usual stuff. Unless there’s history between the 2 of them (Poch and reporter) then that may explain it.
Imagine watching a superb performance yet the question you have is nothing to do with the match.
I don't think the question is so out of line - I suspect most supporters want to know if there is anything else going to to keep Toby from the line-up. He has been a key player, coming off injury, but also involved in a high-profile contract dispute - in terms of not signing a new deal.Imagine watching a superb performance yet the question you have is nothing to do with the match.
