Of course he will eventually leave but he won't leave now, I don't know why this is a topic.
It's at that stage where he could leave in summer.. if he gets Real job fair fucks to him..he'l have left us in a far better position to get a top replacement then any previous manager has

I would sincerely hope this is not how Levy or anyone else at the club is thinking. Pochettino has done a brilliant job up till now, but I refuse to believe he's the only manager breathing that would be able to. the whole house doesn't suddenly come tumbling down if he were to decide to move on.

Fair point. I exaggerated a bit. But as long as we don't have a sugar daddy we need to have a manager able to refine and develop players. Those managers are becoming increasingly rare. Furthermore and maybe I'm overly pessimistic but the truth is that the majority of our players could double their wages if they'd move to another club. I'm certain Pochettino is an important explanation to why we've been able to keep the majority of our best players these past seasons.

Based on what?
The fact Madrid have a hard on for him & Zidane is a gonner in summer.. listen to what he is saying about future..he made a statement around January if it wasn't an indicator to come & get me I don't know what is.. look players & coaches are transient employees of a club... they don't have that deep rooted dna us fans have..it's a career for them.. I hope to God they go a shorterm manager but all these stories ain't plucked out of thin air

Thing is Madrid and PSG need immediate results and success. Poch’s style requires time so he could go there in the next year or two, but it would be a very risky move for Poch.

I worry more About United. Poch is everything united want/need and they’d be patient with him too.

PSG have the money that might make lewis and levy talk if they want poch. Can you imagine if they come in with a 15-20m bid for a manager lol.

I hope he stays for a few more years. I'm looking forward to next season in our new stadium with transfers all have to be wrapped up by the start of the season so there will be no excuses.

My worry is if poch goes then some players might follow( not necessarily to the same club) as they really like him.

French journo on talksport right now stating that Conte is being contacted by PSG. However their first choice is Poch.
PSG made contact with Poch/ agent in November.

Not saying Poch will leave, just that PSG are interested. now talking in detail about Conte taking over at PSG.

edit: Conte more likely to take over

I'm sure intermediaries are involved but Pochettino doesn't have an agent.

Jose signed a new deal there a few months ago, don't think we need to worry about that job for a bit.

I could see Poch at PSG in the future, he always seems to talk quite fondly of his time there. Saying that, I doubt he will be leaving any time soon. He will want to win the PL before he goes, unless he has a falling out with Levy he will be here for a good long while I reckon.

No chance he leaves this summer.

We are so close to being among the top 5-6 clubs in Europe - with a group of players he likes - with a chairman he likes.

There literally is no better job in the world for Poch right now. There are a handful of "bigger" jobs - but "bigger" does not equal "better".

Thing wit the PSG job is they're so superior to everyone else in that league, they walk it at a canter...then the real test comes in the CL and they haven't played that quality of opponent for so long they're completely unprepared for it.
I know he played there but I can't see it being as tempting for Poch as other jobs might be.

Poch is still young - I'm sure he will leave one day, but I think he's determined to suceed at Spurs, where he's building his own legacy and is loved by the fans.

Think he's aware of the fact, that if he goes now to PSG/Real than he would be under REAL pressure. He has nothing to show for these clubs / fans - look at under how much pressure Zidane is and he's one of the best footballers of all time, a club icon and won them the CL last year.... Real fans would see Poch as a player who played for Espanyol and hasn't won anything, they would be all over him after a bad start to the season. (they slagging off their own players - they are a bunch of ungrateful bastards if you ask me...)

So i really do worry more about the PSG option, because he has a connection to this club. But as i said, i can't see him leaving this summer. A PL title with spurs would be so much more worth than a league title with PSG... and that is (i hope/guess) the way Poch is looking at things...

Next season will be soooo important for the club... we really have to hit the ground running in our new home, and really need some silverware come end of next season

Its not like a player though. Real Madrid is a 2-3 year job - tops - for a manager. How many trophies does Zidane have a Madrid? And, he is on his way out?

It takes a certain mindset to go into a short-term job like that, knowing that you will be moving almost as soon as you settle in. And, that is before you deal with the idea that at Madrid - the players run the show. They are all bigger stars than the manager...And, I would not be so sure Poch is really high on their manager's list, until he proves he can win trophies consistently.

He is on that list..whether they go for someone to do the clear out for a year is the question..top clubs plan in advance & all those stories about Poch been No1 choice don't come from nowhere.. they see him as a future manager.. I'm just grateful for everyday he's our manager & if he leaves he leaves but he has changed the structure & how we are seen as a club .. we have to have a backup plan just in case he does leave.. for me that should be Jorge Sampaoli.. we need a demanding manager to takeover someone of same ilk as Poch

If he went to Madrid or PSG, realistically he'll get a season at best. Alternatively he can remain here and build upon the fantastic work he's achieved so far with a great opportunity to move further forward with a club and chairman that gives him the respect and support he probably craves.
