Not a ‘one man’ team. Until we can rectify end of season, these are areas Poch has to not look at, but make the right decisions. I know there is a Lamela love fest, but he offers zero at present.

I just think the areas I have highlighted, he has to be BRAVE!
Again this brave thing means fack all of our best players aren’t doing it.

People hate to admit it but we are the Harry Kane team. If he’s not on it we don’t play well.

Maybe, Poch overly relies on him, to the point he dear not bench him to rest him at the appropiate times?

I thought if Eriksen didn't play well then Tottenham didn't play well ... Either way it didn't happen today on the pitch.

I think attacking wise we look so much better with a back three. For me the problem today was that Lamela isn't as good a number 10 as Eriksen and Dembele wasn't fit to start.

Hmmm we dont score playing a back 3 but we have scored in 20 odd games before that! Somehow i think u r talking rubbish

Ironically I think he was better tactically today than he has been for while. I don't think we were remotely outplayed today, let alone grossly, we were skanked in injury time from a set piece by a team that did a great job of parking the bus. It happens, and I had a lot more problems with the crap he served up at home to City, away to Brighton and home to Palace.

Does controlling a team automatically equate to a tactically sound performance though? And if not, other than that what did we do to make it a tactically good performance? We had 2 chances to score today from 74% possession and some may argue that if we took those 2 chances as well as playing the way we did it would have been a good performance. My problem is that the play was unimaginative and consisted of trying to do the same thing, over and over in the pure hope that just one time it might come off. The problem with that is that with that way of scoring that we kept trying to create, we never actually looked like scoring.

Although you did actually say it was a better tactical performance than of recent and that I would agree with, but I wouldn't go as far to say it was a good tactical performance.

Personally we need to freshen up the squad.

It’s gone stale/backwards in the last 12 months.

HUGE summer coming up
We have one of the best squads in the league.

Look at what Redknapp achieved and the squad he had outside Bale and Modric. Tactically he was usually spot on and never afraid to make changes.

I wish we had the urgency and fluency in attack that Liverpool do. We have no incision. We can keep the ball and pass it around and create virtually nothing.

Whilst I am not calling for Poch head like some fans..... I am shocked by the levels some fans think he is at, the next Sir Bill etc.

I remember the 60s well and Poch is no where near at that level, days like today show you this. He was outwitted by a apprentice manager, he makes poor changes in games, he cant change the team when things are not going well, he has won fuck all

Yes he has got us top 4, but so did Harry with Bale and co..... Poch has been lucky he found Harry

So please, I don't want him out before the Spam hits but he is not the messiah either..... if he walks as we miss out on top 4, then he does but for me if we miss out on top 4 after where we was, then a number of that squad need serious question marks.

Whilst I always get disagreements, but the man who needs to fuck off is Levy. Yes he is building a shiny stadium but we need investment and I have no feelings that anything will be different this summer at all, despite REMEMBER we are now the most expensive team to watch across Europe.... yet we may be playing EL football.

If we don't make CL - its going to be a miserable summer. If Poch wants to earn his money - these next two matches will show his worth.

We're not a one man team, but when Harry plays our tactics revolve too much around him. Thus, when he's not at his best form, nothing works.

When he was out injured we where brilliant, we scored lots of goals! Poch needs to be brave and bench Harry against Newcastle, and Harry needs to be man enough to admit that, right now, he's not good enough. The Golden Boot ship has sailed on anyway. Get a months rest, and be ready for the World Cup.

Playing a back 3 had nothing to do with losing today. Since beating Chelsea we’ve been utter shit. So changing it up and bringing Toby in was the right move. I for one, think a back 3 is the way forward. Unfortunately the players were fucking awful today. Just because you’ve scored 1 goal in a game doesn’t make everything ok does it? And one final point we conceded when we went 4 at the back??

Best thing to happen to us for over a decade let’s remember that
He was what we needed a few years ago, without doubt. That's why he was top of my list at the time.

Now though the landscape has changed and to an extent he could now be a victim of his own success. The jury is out on whether he can take us to that final level now, but I still think us fans should owe him trust and a bit more time for the job he's done so far.

He certainly does get more time and we owe him that talk of him leaving is nonsense but levy and poch must try to step it up a bit from the recruitment side of things, it's clear that the squad needs fresh impetus and not just promising 18/19 year olds either.

His tactics made absolutely no sense today. Playing 343 with your front 3 of dele kane lamela no pace at all on the counter. Plus you’re counting on your wing backs to get crosses in that WBA will eat up all day. We needed the extra offensive player to stretch them instead of x3 CB. This was exactly our problem early in season at Wembley. Why he suddenly reverted to a back 3 is baffling. Even worse was ditching it in last 5 mi utes to bring on Llorente who is never gonna score. When a point would have done us fine.

We should definitely keep him whatever happens, although I wouldn't be surprised if he offered his resignation if we cock up CL qualification.
Saying that I do think he will have blotted his copybook a bit and not quite sure if the big boys will be queuing up for his services as has been feared.
He's a good manager but he still has a bit of a way to go yet.
