Just to clarify (before people expect us to have a transfer budgetof £150) that is gross (including money from sales).

I heard it was not including sales but either way, it is enough to buy the players he wants and we really don't need a full squad overhaul, just a few tweaks

Hercs clarified that it was gross as i mentioned that ffp 2.0 might mean a net spend of no more than €100m.
He said net will probably be just over £50m.
