Levy’s actions this window will cost us Kane, Eriksen, Dele, Hugo, Jan on top of Poch. If you dont think there watching this calamity closely, your nuts. Why stay at a club where the chairman lacks any ambition?
f... sake calm down. Let's see what this week brings.

Poch has often said that he and Daniel Levy speak every day so I’m certain he knows what is happening and how hard it is to get players in and I’m also sure he wouldn’t throw his toys out of the pram and quit over a difficult transfer window. He just signed a long term contract and he’s got a good team already.

At a certain level difficult as an excuse is not acceptable. We are operating at that level. It is why Levy felt it was necessary to pay himself a £6M salary.

How do you work out that is a threat ? Why not take the man at his word and accept he is prepared to play the youngsters where necessary and where it is appropriate to do so because they are good enough. He has made no mention of not playing certain players.

They are far from ready to start games. They should be played in cups etc.

We wont doing for example Skipp any favours throwing him in the deep end.

Either he knows who's coming in or the lads from the development squad are far better than he is letting on!

You do realise he's just knocked our 36k stadium down to build a 62k one... don't you?

This window has been bad enough but reading things like this makes it a ball bag load worse.

A couple of years ago we only signed Sissoko…. Sissoko!!!! that's worse than selling half the team and not signing anyone.... Guess what happened?

We finished 2nd....

Kane etc all signed new contracts and the world didn't end....

Your like a 2 year old who didn't get his favourite dummy/pacifier

Not suggesting he'd quit or anything as who knows how this season will pan out but not sure it was the wisest thing to potentially irritate or put a seed of doubt into Pochs mind. We are where we are because of him and losing him would be a disaster what with an expensive new stadium as well.

I'm not sure there are actually that many people who think Levy is infallible.

I think most would realise that he has made many mistakes over his term in charge, and he is still making them today.

But it is 100% fact that we are a better team now than when he took over. Much much better in fact.

So when people's criticism (most of which is justified) spills over into abuse and vitriol, it just looks childish to be honest.

Mind you if Levy lets Poch go then I'll be hear calling him a wank-pheasant with the rest of you.

Totally agree with all of that but there are definitely a vocal minority who if they were to come home and find Levy shagging their wife would probably say: 'ok, let's not jump to any hasty conclusions, there's any number of ways his penis could have ended up in her vagina, we don't know all the facts'. For me they are just as annoying as the idiots who go way over the top as they also manage to include a certain level of smugness and condescension in their posts

Agreed however Levy has had an even bigger part in getting us to where we are now.

How on earth can the blame be totally Levy's ?
We have zero concrete knowledge of what is happening with transfers.
Yes, Levy may be to blame but equally the selling clubs may just not want to sell.
Why would they ?
Players are not putting in transfer request to keep their 'loyalty' bonus. What a joke that is, they earn in a year more than we earn in a lifetime.
Poch may well walk into ManU or RealM he may well fail to win anything there also. Both are teams that have seen their best days.
There is so much money in the game at the moment clubs do not need to sell.
Take Palace and AV. They sell their best player (Zaha Grealish) to apease us and one get relegated and the other misses promotion.
Perhaps that is why they ask for a Kings ransom or just will not sell.
Just chill, the PL season ahead is what it is.

In a way this is why Pochettino got the Spurs job in the first place. Levy said we couldn't compete financially with the big boys and wanted a manager that could bring up youth from our world class academy. That's the long term master plan ...

No signing at all obviously bit of a reach

Unbelievable that the happy clapping Levyites still won't hear any criticism of him.

You've even got the best manager Spurs have had in decades publicly saying he doesn't know wtf is happening and can't explain the lack of signings and people still kid themselves that all is well behind the scenes. Benitez said similar the other day and was laughed out of town because we all know the problems he is having up there. Now we've got out own manager saying it.

Levy has made one great appointment in 20 years and he is really running the risk of upsetting him and I wouldn't bank on levy getting it right again with his replacement. I really don't get why some on here are so bullish about the idea Poch could leave next summer because of the lack of ambition shown this summer.

You've been warned. It could easily end in tears very quickly and we still have no trophies.

Take a quick look at the other teams

United have signed Fred
Chelsea have signed Jorginho
City have signed Mahrez
Arsenal have signed a few but none would get in our team
Liverpool have overpaid a shed load to address the issues they had
Our competitors, Liverpool aside have all signed players who with the exception of Mahrez probably, wouldn't improve our starting XI in my opinion. Granted I don't know much about Jorginho but I'd heard of him. I'd never heard of Fred.

Relax a little
