I posted this in the match thread but its a wee bit knee-jerky in there so ill move it over:

I absolutely love Poch and what he and his staff have done for Tottenham Hotspur, but i cant help but worry we may be witnessing the beginning of the end here one way or another. We're very much in the mire at the moment and nothing over the last few weeks has filled me with much in the way of confidence in his ability to lift us out of it. This is without doubt his toughest test to date at Tottenham, the next 3 games are crucial.

He’s got to take the blame for that one I’m sorry.

The winks sub is ridiculous

If he replaced like for like then that would have been fine, but he didnt - so he is to blame I agree.

Basically with 15 mins to go we just sat back and tried to hit on the counter - we should not do that

I hate to say it, but I think it is. What with what has been hinted at by @Hercules something is very wrong at the club and Poch is adding to it in a more cute way.

Couldn’t believe it especially as Lamela is so good last 10 mins in broken play

Winks/Mouse/Dier too many cooks

Then to put the icing on the cake at 1-1 with the crowd up we took of our talisman and one of the leaders. Good in the air defending set pieces

Crazy

Watford all over again. Completely controlling the game...

He is clueless on subs. He will say he is brave. But he is clueless acting smart. So long now this same chronic problem keeps biting us.

Worried that we don't seem to have learnt from previous mistakes. Also worried that we need to many chances to score goals. So often in games we fail to close out games which allows teams to get back at us. It's easy just to blame the defence or midfield but in too many games we make a lot of chances only to waste them

What that smacks of is a lack of confidence in himself/his conscience (to want to regress instead of continue to attack the opposition) and lack of confidence in the team..

Once again. Shit decision making by Poch, but the Poch lovers will still find something to turn it around and defend him. They just don't get it, right now he's indefensible. Don't deny it.

Beginning of the end, Levy and his broken promises/lack of backing for Poch are directly to blame. He's gone next big job comes along,.

Based on current evidence, I don't think he'd last that long in any "big job".

So far, he's won nothing in his managerial career. His special skill so far seems to flirt between improving teams to be on the cusp of winning things, mixed with a canny ability to create sides that fall at the final hurdle.

Difficult to accept, but some of the grief we get from fans is nothing more than a self-fulfilling prophecy. Seen it too much now, and it's wearing thin.

If Poch's MO is the press, when was the last time you saw us carry out this directive properly?

Either his message is getting diluted or players are ignoring this or just reached saturation point.

Yes we all know the summer was an unmitigated disaster but no excuse for continued poor selections (Dier/Dembele) and even poorer in game tactical switches.

Needs to find answers because his tenure is coming into question...

Personally think the bad feeling with the fans the board

It has all transpired to the staff the whole place has a negative attitude and he’s not helping the silly quotes he gave in the press conference the biggest mistake was saying we were poor after that united game.

Killed momentum.

The second one is the players seek to have lost that edge under him maybe his decision to reintegrate Toby really has cost him.

There’s also a chance his constant chopping and changing has lost the players confidence in him so they are no longer giving 100%.

Maybe the players are telling him they need to rest etc and he’s having none of it.

Ultimately, he has improved us so much. He has been great for us. But....has he taken us as far as he can? He certainly hasnt been helped by Levy.

But is he a winner? Im not so sure at the moment.

I don't want Levy out and I don't want Poch out. But what I do want is to feel some fucking honesty coming from the club!! I want Poch to tell us he is angry when he is angry, not play the smuggy manager act. I want the club to admit that the transfer window was bollocked up, that the stadium was bollocked up.

All I want is some indication from the squad/management/chairman that they understand or care about how their loyal fanbase (customers) feel, and explain how they plan to move forward.

Moving into a new stadium, CL footy, many on world cup duty so will more likely tire out or struggle with lack of pre-season, Manager speaking publically about the importance of getting signings in early, if ever there was a season to invest in the squad it was this one, if the wheels come off this season there can only be one person to blame and it's not Poch.

He certainly isn't magic this season, more black magic the way he dresses now as well.
