Even Jenas been having a go at Tottenham recently - not like him.

Football London starting to write Daily Mail-style headlines about him.

Forums have got people writing shit about him.

We're about to lose the best manager we've had in my lifetime.

It's been three games.
Shame they keep getting turned over off the lack of or the poor choices in subs. Football is played on the pitch and currently we're shite.

It’s all looking pretty uncomfortable. It’s about the time for the end of a cycle when it comes to this club, wouldn’t be surprised to see big changes this summer.
Are you suggesting that levy may pull the trigger mate.

Trouble is the last thing we need is to lose our manager it's ridiculous but in football time waits for no one nothing would ever surprise me but it would take the club backwards.

Nope! I'm considering leaving the country for the weekend and seing as I work in Stratford, maybe take a month off!
They're riding high on their one result of the season so far, I have a bad feeling in my waters.

Not advocating change right now....but who would you lot get in to replace Poch?

I cant see much out there. Conte wont want to work with Levy. I wouldnt want Benitez.

Best to stick with Poch and see through this difficult spell?

Pulis.

Then we can use Llorente.

There's just simply no way he was happy about us not making a single signing this summer. He's been badly let down.

Probably not unless things get insanely bad just because I do think he believes Poch is the second coming, and there's the pay-off to consider on a 5 year contract...

However, Poch and certain players will walk in the summer at this rate. No doubt it will be another summer of great promises about "lessons have been learned" with very little result.

I can see a few players leaving definitely and replaced with cheap options and it's back to the drawing board again.

Funny how on the back of a bad Result, Poch is being made as a scapegoat, he made a bad sub yes, premature talk of getting rid, lets see how he and the Lads bounce back.

The thing is, the performances have been poor all season so far and gradually getting worse. To compound the bad performances, Poch has made a few mistakes - He got it right against Utd in the end, so there is hope.

I personally think that he is quite a limited manager when it comes to tactical choices. When we started playing under his press system, we looked really good. We pressed high up the pitch to win the ball back and frightened teams, but Poch still didn't have the answer to unlock defences when we played against teams who parked the bus. As the press was slowly withdrawn from our play, we started to look more vulnerable at the back.

We especially struggled against teams who pressed our back four and we started to look shaky more often. I hate to say this against the grain of wisdom that visits this forum, but I think we have reached the limit of Poch. I think he is and always was a one trick pony, albeit a very good one. His desire to persist with Kane is alarming, given his poor performances and more worryingly on that front, is that it has been going on like this for some time prior to the world cup - Kane imo isn't exhausted, I think he is carrying something that is hampering his ability to perform at the highest level. Poch seriously needs to address at least that issue and he can, as he has done so before.

Ultimately we would all be sad to lose Poch, but you have to question him for the on-field performances. I would also add that his man management skills should be questioned when you consider the Toby, Rose, Walker and Trippier issues that have arisen since his tenure.

The manager isn't the problem, it's the players & the fact we didn't bring in any quality to put pressure on those, so too many are becoming complacent.
