Arsenal for all their so called non spending still bought and paid for the wages of the likes of Ozil, Sánchez and the likes over the years.
Yeah, thing is, we weren't on the same level as them then ...

By far the most credible post you've ever made Vinny! ?
Just joking mate. I have a grudging admiration for the tenacity with which you defend Levy & ENIC, even though I completely disagree with you.
I'm not defending anyone, I have told countless on here that they are all to blame. The problem is yourself, only so many times you can beat a dead Unicorn with a stick, it's the same every time. Your copy and paste rhetoric is proper cookie cutter stuff.

I look forward to when you answer me about Onomah and why the lad is out on loan when we were told that Poch had him penciled him in to be involved around the first team squad this season, considering how low we are on rotational midfielders because Levy stitched us all up ...

Fuck this game is easy.

Oh I'm the problem! What, because I disagree with you?! Because I don't show you and your views enough reverence?!
Ah, now, I see your mistake, Vinny, you're confusing me with someone who might actually value your opinion. Hey, it's easily done. But rest assured if by some crazy happenstance you one day in the future manage to utter something that's even remotely relevant, I promise I'll humour you by pretending I vaguely give a fuck. Until then, apologies in advance if I don't afford you the attention you so desperately crave. After all, if my "rhetoric" annoyed you so much, you could've always put me on "ignore".
Cheer up, Vinny, as you keep on telling us it's only a "game", and a pretty "easy" one at that.

So that'd be a no about Omomah?

You are such a victim.

Yeah, thing is, we weren't on the same level as them then ...

That wasn't the point that you were making though? You were making the point that not all trophies are won by clubs who spend the most and cited Arsenals winning of 3 FA Cups to back that argument up which I responded with evidence that Arsenal have infact been spending lots of money over the years on transfer fees and wages for some pretty big name players.

The point that you've responded with above bares no relevance to the discussion that we were having.

Yeah I thought about it afterwards but deleting the post would have been pointless, everything you outline above is pretty much spot on.

Bloody Arsenal.

99% of posts on here could be copy and paste jobs though including all of yours.

Everyone is frustrated no matter which side of the fence they are on.

Also do you have an obsession with Unicorns by the way as you mention them a lot

I have a Unicorn farm, I started it during the transfer window.

Agree everyone is frustrated, shame really isn't it, some of us deal with it better than others is all.

Do they fart out rainbow dust?

I think everyone needs to remember that we all support the same club and all have the same goals...less of the arguing wouldnt go a miss

This site makes me think that a lot on this site are Harry Hotspur followers now I may be accused of being a happy clapper but I don't mind that because when I wake up in the morning I feel happy and optimistic .
There are so many now that have not got a good word for the players or the manager or the chairman Jesus give it a rest .
Myself I have been going to spurs since 1950 and I can tell you that the league win in 1951 plus the the Bill Nick plus the Burkenshaw era have been the only times we have really been at the top table .This started to change with Jol/redknapp and now Poch ;it seems to me that we are doing pretty well under the Levy guidance and Poch is our big hope for a successful future.
Try stating what we have done well and what a bright future we have instead of being down on everything. We have been a top four club for a few years now and my belief is we will get bigger and stronger unless the naysayers get their way And manage to push out Levy and Poch and maybe both because in there position after what they have achieved it must be tempting to say "fuck them I'm off"
As for spending the big bucks if we can get the stadium up and running plus naming rights plus the xtra revenue the new gaff will generate you never know we might be in a position to pay the £60 to £100 million needed to buy top quality players that will help us challenge th uber rich
