He always talked about his project, in Southampton it was all he was talking about and now with us. Southampton betrayed him when they fired Cortese and decided to use their academy as a gold mine and find cheap talent to stay mid table and sustain themselves that way. If he doesn't get support from Enic to build a team he wants he will leave obviously, why would he stay? If he is feeling positive it's because he thinks he will get money to spend on players he wants.
Not a big fan of the way Daniel handled the last window but there is a massive difference between Southampton where they fired Poch's boss (the man who convinced him of to join the project) and shredded a team he had built v a cash flow problem which harms adding talent but we are securing the crown jewels + building an amazing stadium and have a world class training facility

Poch on Real - “It is like you are with your girlfriend or wife and you are holding hands, walking down Oxford Street,” he said. “But because you are so handsome, another woman is looking at you. But your wife is so proud and, rather than worrying, she is so happy to be with you and falls more in love with you.”

Truer words have never been spoken. I know damn well Real is a smoking hot prime Megan Fox, but you love me for me and that will never change.

My wife better let me bust in her mouth that night then.

If Poch were to leave(God forbid). Who will replace him? I can't seem to find any managers atm being the right one to bring us forward.
Maybe Eddie Howe or Julian Nagelsmann?

I'd love Eddie Howe but I can see why people would not necessarily be convinced that he would be able to do well away from bournemouth.

Wolves manager would be my choice if Poch left
He's done good job with plentiful resources. I still think Howe is the standout candidate. Produces good footballing sides, can spot young players, and has a decency and integrity about him which would follow the principles that Poch has tried to instill into the club.

Eddie Howe is another great option as well.

Eddie Howe is and will always be a good choice and think it would be Levys choice. Im liking what Favre is doing at Dortmund but dont think he is a legacy builder like Howe would be or Poch is now.

Finding this Poch replacements discussion strange. Is there even a discussion to be had? ?
Feel like it's the kind of idol chit chat one has during the international brake. For what it's worth, if I could choose anyone, I would go for Lucian Favre.

People can't help themselves, it's like they are willing it to happen.
I don't think he will leave but if Levy keeps fecking him about then the situation may change.
I want Poch to build a dynasty and have said I'd stomach any player loss if that meant Poch stayed.
I don't think anyone wants Poch to leave so no harm in giving an opinion if the worst happens☺
